We dined at Evoke 1923 for our 22nd anniversary and it was incredible. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Get the Caesar, Duck, and Short rib. You won't be disappointed!!! Desserts and coffee were a great way to end an incredible experience.

We had a delightful evening at Evoke. Our waitress Katherine was knowledgable and engaging. The food was incredible! I had the the tuna steak that was a combination of unique flavors. My husband had the antelope dish, and raved about it.

Really enjoyed our dinner at Evoke. Delicious food, with lovely flair. Not an inexpensive dinner, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Worth it, and we will go back. The chocolate soufflé desert was fantastic.

Had an AMAZING date night here with my husband! Had multiple appetizers (all fantastic) but the filet tartar was unreal. My husband got one of the specials, rib eye, which he said was one of the best he's had and he's a steak guy from a ranching family. The drinks were amazing, they even had N/A cocktails which is so great as my husband doesn't drink. Service was great, all the staff were friendly. We saw the chef taking time to come out and personally serve and talk to guests. Even ended with dessert both the tiramisu and blood orange tart were such a great end to a fabulous meal. While more expensive than the local pub, the prices were fair for the quality of food, i would say on par or even less than you would find at a similar caliber restaurant in Denver. Evergreen is such a great area and the restaurant itself is so cool and rustic, it's over 100 years old and the architecture and feel of it captures its traditional roots with only light touches of modern. We will absolutely be back.

Food was excellent, prices a little higher than they should be probably 20% roughly, service was good but inconsistent, atmosphere was OK but not as good/rustic as before the changes/remodel (too many bare white walls). Piano is nice touch but too loud to allow table conversations since no carpet or curtains to dampen sound. Owner/chef very engaged and friendly.

Our favorite restaurant around Denver. The food is phenomenal and the value is next level. Every aspect of the meal was clearly done with care. Our guests we brought were from LA and were blown away with the quality and value. We'll be back often!

If you loved The Bistro at Marshdale, you will love its new iteration as Evoke 1923. Impeccable service and creative dishes.

What a wonderful experience. We visited on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and were the first to arrive at the restaurant. We were promptly seated and tended to. The wait staff was engaged but not overbearing, allowing my date and I to talk and catch up without being interrupted. We had a fabulous bottle of Italian white wine, the caprese salad and their signature focaccia bread. Everything was delicious. The chef/owner stopped by to fill our glades and ensure we were enjoying ourselves — we definitely were. We shared the chicken mushroom pan lasagne and it was divine. We finished with the Tiramisu and coffee cocktails. It was an unforgettable dining experience. My date and I will return.

Celebrated our anniversary with a wonderful dinner. Menu was creative and all food was delicious. Chef and staff were very attentive and friendly. Menu was extremely friendly for those with gluten sensitivity. Exceptional dinner - highly recommend!

Local favorite recently purchased and remodeled but still the same glitches. Extremely slow kitchen and service for very expensive dishes. Less choice than previously but interesting new options. Food was good, but some plates were not hot for a table of four. Wait times led to a 3-hour dinner service which wasn't expected. Parking goes fast on weekends and can be challenging.
