We had a delicious experience! Ordered the bread and potstickers to start, very good! The filet and the seabass were my favorites, although the duck and the ravioli dishes were exceptional too! The cabaret tart dessert is incredible and the apple baklava wad favorite at the table too. We ordered a double round of all the drinks, the nutty old fashion was so good, we'll attempt to make it at home! Definitely worth the trip to eat this exceptional food! Worth the money as well

The food and service was fantastic! Went there on one of the coldest nights of the year so far and they had the fire roaring. Look forward to going back in the summer.

This is by far the best restaurant in the Evergreen area. The talented chefs keep the menu fresh and always deliver superior dishes. The service staff is exceptional and the restaurant is well managed. Shout out to Megan, Rebecca, Lola and Chris, they are exceptional.

Evoke is one of our favorite local restaurants. We love happy hour trying out different apps and there is always a couple different specials on the menu every time we go.

I was surprised at how bright the lights were inside. It would be much warmer and more comfortable if the lights were turned down. Other than that, it was delightful.

"Special" Christmas date, and it was wonderful. Spectacular food, excellent service. The gent at the bar deserves particular recognition; accommodated our picky seating and unusual food requests.

We had 5 people in our party. All of our meals were delicious. The pork and the filet were especially so. The appetizer sizes are generous- six large pieces in the focaccia and 5 for the dumplings (a special that night). The desserts are amazing and also generously sized. The servers were attentive, helpful, and friendly.

This is our 3rd time at Evoke and I'm gonna say it'll probably be our last! We love the old building and the fireplace and the overall ambience but the food has been underwhelming and somewhat disappointing, depending on what we order. The main thing that doesn't work for me is the outdated focus on heavy meat. I'm a foodie and love a restaurant that is experimental and innovative, but this menu takes me back to the old days. This time I had the duck which was good but I've had much more interesting preparations other places. My husband ordered the fillet which was $51 and it was so grizzly and tough he only ate about half of it. I will say that our server Chris was excellent and a true professional- his knowledge of the food and bar items was top notch and we never felt rushed. We don't have a lot of upscale restaurants around Evergreen so I'm saddened but for the money I feel there may be better options!

Food, service, ambience was all terrific! It's my favorite restaurant in the Evergreen/Conifer area!

Absolutely fabulous all around! Started with the mussels which we all thought were exceptional in flavor. Entrees ranged from filet, bison short ribs to duck. They were all excellent. Our waitress, Megan, was very attentive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining.

Best friggin burgers man..... No joke. The meat is never frozen It's fresh they buy it once a week same place all the time and they are fed grain I think he said something different I don't know but the meat is at like it's so tender and it's not grizzly and chewy or spongy it's absolutely amazing You got to do it You got to go there.

Okay

What are shame, used to be quality food under prior ownership, pre-2024. Atmosphere has improved with some renovations, I'll give them that. Ultimately it comes down to a quality, tasteful artisinal cuisine if you're going fusion. What comes out of the kitchen is comparable to what you prepare when the road to town washed out a week ago and you're throwing stuff together from the pantry in hopes it's more or less edible...?
Given a somewhat isolated location, I hope they realize repeat local customers are what sustains such a business. The community needs a good product, not marketing and bling. Nonsense.
Barring this, I give them 12 months before doors locked...

We had a fantastic experience at Evoke 1923 while we celebrated our anniversary. The staff was very attentive and all wished us a happy anniversary. They brought a rose to the table which was a special touch. The food was great from the house made focaccia bread to the bison short ribs. The creme brulee was some of the best we have ever had. We will definitely be back and it would totally be worth a drive up from Lakewood.
