Becky did a wonderful job serving us. She described the menu , ensuring that our order was correct. The food was delicious and overall the experience was amazing.
This is our 3rd time at Evoke and I'm gonna say it'll probably be our last! We love the old building and the fireplace and the overall ambience but the food has been underwhelming and somewhat disappointing, depending on what we order. The main thing that doesn't work for me is the outdated focus on heavy meat. I'm a foodie and love a restaurant that is experimental and innovative, but this menu takes me back to the old days. This time I had the duck which was good but I've had much more interesting preparations other places. My husband ordered the fillet which was $51 and it was so grizzly and tough he only ate about half of it. I will say that our server Chris was excellent and a true professional- his knowledge of the food and bar items was top notch and we never felt rushed. We don't have a lot of upscale restaurants around Evergreen so I'm saddened but for the money I feel there may be better options!
Food, service, ambience was all terrific! It's my favorite restaurant in the Evergreen/Conifer area!
Absolutely fabulous all around! Started with the mussels which we all thought were exceptional in flavor. Entrees ranged from filet, bison short ribs to duck. They were all excellent. Our waitress, Megan, was very attentive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining.
We had a fantastic experience at Evoke 1923 while we celebrated our anniversary. The staff was very attentive and all wished us a happy anniversary. They brought a rose to the table which was a special touch. The food was great from the house made focaccia bread to the bison short ribs. The creme brulee was some of the best we have ever had. We will definitely be back and it would totally be worth a drive up from Lakewood.
Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Ambiance is perfect for a day or get together with close friends
Excellent food, cocktails, great ambience and our server Desi (sp?) Is amazing. Do recommend.
Last night, my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at Evoke 1923. It was our second visit, and was even better than our first. I had the scallops and my wife had the Sea Bass, and we shared a dark chocolate soufflé for dessert. We were seated near a wonderful, real fireplace, and our server, Rebecca, was excellent. The restaurant is in a cozy building that has housed a variety of restaurants over the 30+ years we have lived here, and Evoke 1923 is the best of the lot, so far.
Everything was great. We indulged: drinks, appetizer and salad, entrees, dessert. Pricey but really good.
Evoke is one of our favorite spots. It's always a great dining experience with topshelf food and service. Highly recommend.

My wife loved hers. Me, not so much. Flavor was good, preparation not so. Meat was over cooked. Filet was ordered Rare! At best was medium! Dry!
Fantastic appetizers, drinks and dessert! Entres were also very good. Service was excellent.
Some of the best food we ever had, and that says a lot because we love food. Amazing amaretto sour, shrimp appetizer TO DIE FOR, and filet was chef's kiss. WILL BE BACK.
Very cute spot in the evergreen area. Terrific service, fun cocktails, lovely food for the most part. Our bison short rib was very salty but filets were not. Presentation beautiful.
Great food and place to celebrate anniversary or birthday. Service was excellent. I wish we didn't order/eat so many food apps, I had to take my main meal home for later.
