Last night, my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at Evoke 1923. It was our second visit, and was even better than our first. I had the scallops and my wife had the Sea Bass, and we shared a dark chocolate soufflé for dessert. We were seated near a wonderful, real fireplace, and our server, Rebecca, was excellent. The restaurant is in a cozy building that has housed a variety of restaurants over the 30+ years we have lived here, and Evoke 1923 is the best of the lot, so far.

Everything was great. We indulged: drinks, appetizer and salad, entrees, dessert. Pricey but really good.

Evoke is one of our favorite spots. It's always a great dining experience with topshelf food and service. Highly recommend.

My wife loved hers. Me, not so much. Flavor was good, preparation not so. Meat was over cooked. Filet was ordered Rare! At best was medium! Dry!

Fantastic appetizers, drinks and dessert! Entres were also very good. Service was excellent.

Some of the best food we ever had, and that says a lot because we love food. Amazing amaretto sour, shrimp appetizer TO DIE FOR, and filet was chef's kiss. WILL BE BACK.

Very cute spot in the evergreen area. Terrific service, fun cocktails, lovely food for the most part. Our bison short rib was very salty but filets were not. Presentation beautiful.

Great food and place to celebrate anniversary or birthday. Service was excellent. I wish we didn't order/eat so many food apps, I had to take my main meal home for later.

Easily the best meal I've had without being on vacation. Incredibly delicious, thoughtfully crafted, and the ambiance was superb. This is my new favorite restaurant. We will be coming back again!

We'd been for cocktails but not food so when we had a special family member visiting we decided to try it out. We were all blown away by the tasty creative food and drink. Our guest said it was the best restaurant meal he's had in ages (he lives in CT & NYC). We will return!

The bison short ribs ... so good! it doesn't take the minimum 50 characters to say this. Silly requirement.

We made a last-minute decision to try Evoke as our usual favorite special occasion restaurant was closed. We were so glad we tried Evoke! For starters, the bread and the caprese salad were our favorites. The watercress salad with crispy prosciutto was good, but the caprese salad was better. I ordered the sea bass and my husband ordered the peppermint elk loin - both of these entrees were delicious. For dessert, we tried the blood orange key lime pie which was also amazing. Evoke is a gem of a restaurant off the beaten path. We will be back!

What a wonderful experience, from the setting, the cocktails, the bread and the entrees! Every one in our party loved their meals. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Our first visit and we were very happy with the ambiance (including the white table cloth) and the setting, surrounded by nature. The rustic nature of the dining room is very attractive and the service was attentive. Will we be back...maybe? Unfortunately the menu is disappointing since the chef has decided to make each dish complicated and look like something else...the pretend “key lime pie”, the pretend “lasagne” and the raw oysters bathed in some sort of blueberry concoction are just overdone and as we used to say “chefed up” ...plus the pricing reflects the chef's grandiosity.
