SO, even when I confirm the order, they got it wrong.From their website - the apple-pecan salad has grilled chicken.WRONG. After I specifically asked, my salad came WITHOUT the grilled chicken. For a $10 entree salad, I expect at least do it right.Since the order was to go, I was back home before the discovery.....The burger was done right - the fries were hot. So that's OK.Check your order. TWICE. Get your receipts. Always.

This was not my best experience. We had a trainee take our order and she was having no guidance from any worker to help her. Honestly it felt like a unprofessional hang out, instead of a Wendy's. I do hope things improve as the staff needs a lot of restructuring. Sorry.

Worst Wendy's experience I have had. Didn't get what I ordered, when I was the only patron in the store. Took one bite, realized it was not what I ordered....asked why is there no bacon on my baconator. I got no answer, instead a tray of 2 pieces of bacon slid accross counter at me. Unacceptable! Worst $16 I have spent!
