I love Culver's so much but today may have changed that. This place has a problem with ranch. Whenever you ask for ranch its a gamble to see if you'll actually get it. I asked for extra ranch and we didn't get it. We got one ranch. It was my sister's. I was CRAVING this ranch so I used that ranch before knowing it was my sister's. Once I was done I knew. Greeted immediately upon walking in, cashier patiently waited for us to put in our order, and all customer service was pleasantly exceptional. Order came out quickly. Everything was correct and tasty. Seating area and bathrooms were clean. Good value and well maintained.
