Store was clean, but the worker just sat and played on his phone the entire time. Completely ignored me when I asked a question.

Amazing frozen yogurt, experience made better by the girl working the register. I believe her name is Lily, and she was so kind and funny and knowledgeable when we had questions. She made super nice conversation and I'd love to come again when shes on shift!!

Worst experience ever!
My grandma and I had never tried frozen yogurt and we were excited to try it.

My daughter and a small group of NJHS students ended their field trip last week at Swirly Cow. Unfortunately when my daughter went to pay for her froyo she experienced issues with her card. Instead of being understanding and patient she was made to feel rushed and embarrassed in front of her peers as the employee decided to remind her that until she pays all of the people behind her could not be taken care of. Luckily a teacher stepped up just as she was beginning to panic and paid for her. She called us after they left to let us know what happened. We immediately called the card company to discover the card had no balance and was in good standing. They suggested there may have been an issue with the terminal and I should try to use it somewhere else. I went to a small town grocery store and had no issues using the card to purchase items for supper. I’m very disappointed in the way my daughter was treated, there’s plenty of room for improvement in the handling of these situations and just customer service in general.

The frozen yogurt was very good but I have some complaints. 1) if you’re selling by weight, post the price. Was shocked by a $5.50 price for a small cup. 2) EXPLAIN HOW TO USE THE DISPENSERS!!!!! There’s no directions and it’s self serve. It doesn’t say you have to pull two levers to get a swirl. I pulled one and got mostly sherbert. I wound up getting more than I wanted just trying to learn how to use the machines. 3) Be friendly and say more than a gruff brief instruction. Walk over and help newbies.

We had decided to try out the swirly cow today. First off when we pulled up and got to the front door and pulled on the handle it was locked. Well what time does it open?
1200 we were15 minutes early, we turned to go back to the car when the owner stuck his head out and told us he was ready so come on in. Told him this was our first time here. He told us how it worked. Get your size cup, get any of the frozen yogurt then step up to the topping bar. OMG topping bar!. Twelve choices of frozen yogurt to choose from, toppings & sauces .Got what we wanted and sat down and enjoyed our yogurt. Told him that we will be back... it was really good and the service was the best. Lol

Frozen yogurt was pretty good but the moment my family and i walked in the girls were on there phones didnt greet us say hi nothing. I get it not everyone is a people person. But when we got to the toppings there were 2 flys and a smaller bug hovering on top of the toppings…. Really wanted to give this place a chance…
