Worst Chipotle in town. Food was horrible. Literally no meat in the burrito, no chips, and very little options. I would expect that if it was the end of the night but we went in at 6:30pm. Employees were disgruntled and rude. Owner/Manager: read the reviews, I'm not the only one mentioning these issues. Either fix these issues or shut this place down. It's an embarrassing site.

It was the worst burrito I had for dinner. Watery and no meat at all. I will never go there ever again to that place. Whoever the store manager needs to pay attention to how to serve quality. Either need to take their employees to get trained at TACO STAR. I'M VERY UPSET!!! NOT FANTASTIC, NOT ALL!!!

Wanted to buy ten tortillas only, they had me go to the back of the line behind people who needed to customize their orders. Seems silly and a waste of time, bad customer service, poor common sense. Typical.

I showed up around 5:30pm and the line was almost out the door. The staff was very timely with getting through the long line of people and making sure to let every person know what ingredients they were out of (in this case, it was white rice and guacamole). The staff was hard working and all told it took about 15 minutes to get through. I fully appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff even though they were slammed!
Went to pick up food after working my "law enforcement" job and at the checkout, I wasn't givin any discount. I didn't want to make a big deal and walked out. Will not be returning.

The children working here have zero customer service training. They barley speak, didn't realize it was my turn to order cause the kid never said "hi""can I help you" nothing... just starred at me very awkwardly. Then continued to handle the food with an attitude. Brian Quintana had mentioned this exact issue, I read his review and agree.

Overall not a good location. Door was still locked at 1115am, which they open at 1030am. Food was subpar, almost as if it were just heated up from last night. No care at all in wrapping the burrito I ordered so it blew apart in 2 bites. Shelfs were not stocked, or orderly, at the beverage counter. Tabasco sauces were nearly empty, all 3 that were out, and dirty. Keep in mind all this is happening 45 minutes after they apparently opened for the day. I will find a different location to go to.
