Ordered online and picked up in store. When we got home, we realized they forgot to include our extra tortilla and did not include the steak in one of our burriot bowls. Food portion sizes was also smaller than other Chipoltes. Overall very disappointing ...
Went in today around 3 and the Big guy working there didn’t even roll my burrito, dude just folded it like it was a taco, all while his coworker laughed. Before that he was about to start preparing the burrito without even warming it.
Must have been their D team in there because the night shift usually rocks.
