I went there and everybody was complaining about their drinks. I asked for a second drink and complained that my wife's skinny cinnamon dolce latte was not skinny but had sugar in it and had not been made properly. The guy charged me for the second drink. How outrageous. Then I had to get on the aggressive and I don't like doing that. It took me an hour wait to get my drink the woman was so slow and so rude to all the people. I like Starbucks but this location is painfully slow and unorganized. They don't greet you as you step to the counter. I expect more customer service from Starbucks. As far as the food and coffee goes- it's just as good as every other location.
