DISGUSTING!! Do not buy from this location unless you want to be disappointed. My grandma was eating her whopper perfectly fine until she started choking!! There was a water bottle cap in her burger!! This is totally unprofessional and disgusting! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!
I placed an online pick up order the other night (1/6) for the first time at this location and was pleasantly pleased with the whole experience. Food was ready and waiting for me. My order was correct. I wish I caught his name, but the gentleman working the counter was so genuinely polite and made me happy that I chose this for my dinner. Thanks BK, I’ll be back!

I did an order through the app and the app said that they have applesauce and when I got my food there was no apple sauce and they tell me that they don't sell the applesauce at that location. But the app says that they do. If you don't sell it then it should be taken off the app.
