I don’t go for fast food much but a friend convinced me to download the app and I get free fries or I like to get the bogo shakes. A gentleman by the name of Christopher works here and he deserves some recognition. He is always on top of things and always is the first to come to my service when I need something and he is respectful and very responsive. His customer service is what makes this McDonalds a positive experience. Thanks Christopher!

Stood at the counter without being greeted for 4 minutes, a line had to form behind me before anyone would take my order. The employees have no customer service skills, not a single person smiles or actually hands you your order it just gets tossed on the counter as they call the number and walk away. I would be embarrassed as a general manager if these were my employees. Food was good tho ??♀️ (even tho I asked for dine in and it just got tossed in a bag instead)

Not open until midnight as advertised. Employee let me sit at drive thru for 5 min without acknowledgement and lied to my face they were closed after I had to knock on the drive thru window even though I was there before advertised closing time and had an active mobile order. Late night uber drivers depend on places like this to eat with limited options late.Don't even know why the owner and GM pay whoever closed on Tuesday, April 16 2024 (I guess technically the 17th when it crossed to midnight). They are not interested in selling or making you money the last hour of operation. They just want to clean up, get home, and tell your late night customers to get bent and screw off.Worst customer service interaction at a restaurant in as long as I can remember.... and I'm still hungry.

I stopped with my family before going to church and we decided to dine in the lobby. It was really hard to find a clean table because the whole store was a mess. The cleanest table wasn’t clean that was in the kid's play area. We found trays and food from the night before thrown underneath the tables on top of the tables and in the walk areas. The Staff member at the front counter was rude, you could hear employees in the back yelling and cussing in Spanish. it makes me question if their lobby and play area look like this. I can imagine the food that they’re serving in the kitchen where they’re cooking the food. I asked to speak with the manager, but allegedly no supervisor or manager was working that day, conveniently. If you like eating in filth, this is the store to go to. I would strongly encourage people to stay away from there. There might be some health hazards in the kitchen.
