Absolutely rude as possible at this place. I have lived in Firestone for more than 10 years and have always ordered from here. No more. Ordered online and they messed it up. Called to say they missed a food item and they didn't give us the time of day - condescending, rude, and didn't give any solution other than, too bad.

I like salt so the heavy-handed on the salt did not bother me my husband who did not was upset by it the hot sauce is absolutely amazing the chips are warm the drinks pricey but well worth the money cuz they're not stingy with the liquor the food the shrimp was overcooked by far I was very disappointed but flavors there they just need them to not cook the shrimp to where they're so hard they're even hard to chewVegetarian options: I'm personally not a vegetarian however they have a whole section just for you guysDietary restrictions: They make any accommodation you need so you're goodWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly not a whole lot of parking room
