Picked up order. Had to go back in due to online order omitting options I wanted. Was corrected. I got home and was missing my tomato bisque. Names were not added to items like I requested on the order. Had to call to get a credit back for the soup. Was not very happy with overall experience. Update...They credited back my entire purchase. Beyond my expectation verry happy

Zoup! Eatery offers all homemade food with about seven soups and quite a few sandwiches. The lobster bisque is still delicious, and the soups are the freshest and most delicious. The Hot Italian Sandwich and Turkey & Bacon Club Sandwich were well liked, but the Cuban Sandwich not so much. The Cinnamon Mandarin drink was especially enjoyed. Staff is helpful, quickly got orders together, and the service is really good. The new GM has made this place great again, going above and beyond for customers. The food is made with love, with great vibes, smiles, and laughs. The ham, jerky and bacon with melted cheese is so good. Not a bad place, but sandwiches are not as great as a year ago.
