If I could give a lower score I would. My roommate just sat for an hour for the store to mess up the order and refuse to correct it the proper way. Your night management isn't trained to do anything but take their time burning chicken, forgetting items in orders, and being rude to customers. Take some pride in your job. You're there because of the customers.

The food and atmosphere were decent, but the manager proceeded to scold us for their mistake in our order. We were already halfway home when we noticed the mistake and had to drive back to correct it. An apology and a smile would have been more professional.
