We’ve started driving from Colorado Springs to Florence almost every weekend to come here for their brisket sandwiches, queso and chips, and the Cashmere IPA 👌 before hitting up the antique stores and/or hot springs. Big servings and a decent price. Love the atmosphere and service as well!
Good place but the food truck running a loud generator right next to the patio seating is a total buzz kill. At the very minimum a Honda generator is quieter but why not have a plugin for them.
Ordered a beer flight and everything was really yummy. All the staff were interacted with was super friendly - 10/10 for service. Dogs are allowed inside which is cool, but we ate outside as the weather was nice. We ordered food from Dee's Burger Truck and it was pretty good, albiet a bit expensive for a burger.
