We live in Pueblo West and have gone out to Florence twice so far for Ito Sushi. We plan on making it a regular trip! Bonnie has been out server both times and he is so friendly and even remembered us from our first time there! The atmosphere is great and it's always easy to get in, yet busy and seems like everyone there is family. The lady that greeted us was so friendly. The food is a great value and delicious! We will definitely be back to try everything on their giant...
I had dinner here last night and really enjoyed the experience! The food was delicious overall, and the service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. One small note: the miso soup tasted more like chicken broth and didn’t quite have that distinct miso flavor I was expecting. Everything else was great, though.
Tried this place for the first time. It was awesome. The food and the people there are great. If you like spice with sushi I highly recommend the burning man roll. Next time I go going to try the Ramen
