The food is so fresh and very good. But the service is IMMACULATE, just incredibly kind authentic service. Feels more like a friendly human interaction than a service. I absolutely recommend this place.

Just got shrimp lo mein take out from Jade. Got home, 5 minutes away, and food is barely warm, some of it not even warm. I have always liked the food from there but this is a disappointment!

Came here for lunch with the family. The food was amazing and quick. We had the green pepper beef, black mushroom duck, sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein, and fried shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. The food was flavorful without being overpowering and the beef was incredibly tender! Portions were sizeable and filling with excellent value for the price. Service was quick and made sure our drinks were always full. Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. There was calm instrumental music and everything was fairly quiet. The dining area and bathrooms were impeccably clean. We absolutely plan to come back and eat here again!

I ate here years ago and thought it was dirty, so checked the inspection report and they had failed. Just moved back to Florence and checked them again and they failed the most recent inspection, so apparently don't learn. Sad, because I'd really like to eat there.

This is some of the best Chinese food around. The food is always good, generous portions and reasonable prices. May Ling always gives exceptional service when we dine in. You won't be disappointed if you haven't tried Jade Cafe.
The service was the only nice thing about this place today. The kitchen was extremely loud; it sounded like they were using power tools to mix sauces for 9 minutes, which was extremely loud in the dining area. The other tables were rudely loud, customers bumping into other tables as they went in and out of the restaurant for the entire time we were at our table. The chicken was very dry on the lo mein with almost no sauce. The szechuan tasted almost entirely of fish sauce. The scallops are a good size. We ended up taking our food home and feeding it to our chickens. It was not good at all.

I got doordash it was supposed to be general Joe's Chicken it looks like general Joe's Chicken The taste was sweet and sour sauce I didn't like it the chicken was mostly crust pieces I opened at least 10 pieces and there was no chicken inside it was all crust with sauce on it I'm very disappointed for what it cost for one male was not worth it I did not post any pictures because it didn't look good
