We were in a last minute situation for needing a large order of pizzas. We called papas to get 30 pizzas and they took care of it with no problem. They were respectful, Everyone loved them. They saved the day!!

I really really want to like this place. It's a small business and close-ish to me. But every single time I make an order, something is wrong once I get it. It doesn't matter if I call in the order, place it online through door dash pickup, through Slice, or stand there and order in person, it's always wrong. And not something small like they forgot napkins. Christmas eve ordering for take out was the last time for Papas. The kids said, Why is it always something with this place when our pizza toppings and canzone filling was wrong and the calzones were so tiny compared to what they use to be. I don't know why the staff has such an issue. The dough is good and the guy who makes it is a nice guy.

Such a great surprise! We were in canyon city to see the royal gorge and found this gem! Such good flavor, pizza and service. Highly recommend ! They Also have gluten free crust as an option.
My husband and I like to shop in Florence, we stopped here for lunch and we were really glad we did!! Best pizza I've had in a loooong time. Thier special was a slice and side salad....we were really impressed, huge slice of pizza and huge side salad,blue cheese, crumbles and great service. Will return this weekend for more .

We had a lunch meeting, and they came in early to accommodate our needs. They were very friendly, gave outstanding customer service, and the food was great!

Enjoyed a nice long lunch here with family that spent a lot of their childhood in this building when it was the malt shop. It was fun sitting and listening to the history. We were there on a Saturday and there was a large party at the same time. This obviously overwhelmed service. We waited a while but the food was good and fresh when it arrived. The zepplins are really fresh and tasty. Calzones are good. We will try to come back some time when it's not as crowded.

We go to papas often. It is our favorite pizza in fremont county. This last pizza was not good. Too many large air bubbles pushed all the topping to the middle with a lot of the side with little or no topping. Just thin air bubble crust. Looks like it was rushed. We'll go back cause we like their pizza, but they need to know this one was not up to par.

The reason for the review: Sauce baked inside a calzone. We've had 100s of calzones from 30 plus restaurants. Never have I had a one with the marinara sauce inside.
It was too moist inside and was not pleasing at all.
