I’ve tried these guys about five times already, And every single time I’ve been disappointed with them. This time around I ordered a large sausage and Pueblo chili pizza, For takeout. I go there to pick it up and the girl at the front counter is wanting me to tip her SMH, I get the pizza home and there’s literally eight tiny pieces of sausage on a whole large pizza. I paid almost $30 for this pizza, and they completely ripped me off! Every time I go to this place, it’s a problem, and it’s always with the food. This is my last time ever walking into this establishment again!

We tried papa’s to-go and ate it at a nearby park. The food is VERY good. I got a sausage and green chile calzone (Bonus points: they use PUEBLO chiles, not hatch!), pepperoni pizza and the boom sticks. The boom sticks were amazing! Mozzarella, bacon and Jalepenos - sooo good! My favorite item of them all! A million boops! The calzone was very flavorful -> crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My husband got pepperoni pizza and loved the pepperoni! He loved the crust and sauce. Very friendly service, awesome staff! The staff member even opened the door for me as I headed out full of boxes! Wonderful service, great experience… will be back!

Great Spot for a Quick Bite!
Stopped in at Papa’s Italian Restaurant and grabbed two slices of pizza. The service was fast and friendly, and the pizza hit the spot—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Cody and Lilly helped me out! A solid place for a casual bite with good vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

Last time I went I was quoted at an hour. After I arrived to get my pizza they told me it was going to be another 15 minutes. About another hour later my order was ready. One pie had a quarter of the pizza folded over on top of it. The other had been squished and the cheese was all over the top of the box. I showed it to the employee They acted like nothing was wrong and told me to scrape the cheese off the top of the box. I don't know why I can't get a pie that's not massacred from this place. I love the pizza but they do not know A thing about quality or customer service. Do better.

The pizza is good, fresh. It does not make for a good leftover pizza, though. I will eat here again. I just won't get the 16-inch so I have the opportunity to finish instead of having leftovers.

You're going to love anything you order from this charming place, plus you're sure to get bang for your bucks!! Try the Boom sticks!! They make a wonderful snack or light meal paired with one of Papa's salads....whatever you choose, I'm certain you will be disappointed.

In all my years of dinning out and trying new places, this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. I am 100% about supporting local businesses, and helping the little guy in today’s market. Today’s experience was in my opinion below sub par….. with us being the only family dinning in, the service was slow and unwelcoming. We sat ourselves while watching the waitress talk on the phone with no welcoming gesture, or acknowledgement we were there. 3 out of 4 of us ordered a meatball dish only to be told 10-12 minutes after our order was placed that there was only enough meatballs for 1 of the dishes. I opted for another dish and my daughter opted to have her pasta without a meatball(kids meal). 3 of the 4 dishes arrived 10 minutes prior to the kids meal pasta dish being served which was odd because it was obviously microwaved noodles that lacked any sauce or flavor. The calzone was soggy and cold in the center….. the fettuccine Alfredo was so heavily seasoned with what tasted like an off the shelf pesto sauce it was inedible. We battled what appeared to be fruit flys and household flys our entire time at the table as well. When asked at check out how our meals where, I stated not good. The server stated “oh, your total is $100+” without inquiring as to why our experience wasn’t good. If you are in the mood for Italian food in Florence, I’d recommend driving up the road and getting a frozen meal from DG or Big D grocery and saving yourself $100. It will be a much better experience!

We went here for my birthday on a Tuesday. We've previously had iffy service and quality before, but I risked it. Unfortunately we had multiple issues.
1. They called and informed me they were out of both wings and cannolis and needed to refund the whole order since they didn't know how to just refund the missing items.
2. After telling me they were missing those items, they moved my order time 40 mins out from the original scheduled time since they were so busy.
3. I arrive to pick up, wait 10 extra mins, then I get told that they haven't even started my order. Now we're over an hour of extra wait time and maybe three tables in the lobby all finishing their food.
4. I only was refunded for half of the missing items.
They gave a coupon to come back and get the wings and desserts, which I did the following week. Unfortunately those were also supremely subpar. Hot wings directly on Styrofoam which slightly melted. And the cannolis were covered in whipped cream making them mushy by the time we could eat them.
I really do enjoy the pizzas and calzones here and it makes me sad that we've had these issues before. I just hope things improve.

I couldn't wait to get back to have a White Rabbit Calzone after my vacation. A few weeks ago, my friend and I went for dinner on Friday night. There were 2 tables of four each when we came in.
We were totally ignored by the female server for 20 minutes. The a young man came from the ktchen and took our drink order. It took another 10 minutes for our drinks. He wrote our order down very carefully including my request for no spinach.
My friend got her order in about 15 minutes, but they had to remake mine because they added the unwanted spinach. We didn't get the stuffed mushrooms at all. When I finally got my calzone, we were told it was after 8 and they close at 8. We apologized for keeping them. I put my meal in a box and we left.
I found out, my friend went back so she could try the White Rabbit. The same young man took her order. She was informed they were out of spinach (she likes it), but the young man offered to put lettuce in it (?). Are you kidding?????
She got her calzone after a long while. When she was eating it, it had very large chunks of onion, no mushrooms and redsauce with clumps if garlic powder.
In her words 'I about gagged.' My daughter and her husband had similar issues.
What happened???????
