Was very excited to be dining in for my birthday. We came from out of town made a reservation. When we arrived it was very visable they were busy as there was a large crowd waiting outside. We went in and let the host/ server know that we had arrived. And she very rudely informed us that she was still seating her 6:00 pm customers. (Our reservation was for 6:30). We said okay. It was cold outside and we had our small children with us. I told my husband let's just wait in the truck. So he turned and asked how we would be notified that our table was ready and she again very rudely said I will go out and tell you just like I do all the other people. Needless to say they lost us there. We went across the street and had a fabulous dinner with even better service!

The worst dining experience we've ever had. We waited 20 minutes to even be greeted at our table for waters/cocktails. We then waited an hour for our food. One filet mignon was completely under cooked. The baked potatoes were ALL hard in the center and undercooked. When we stopped the server to ask about our dinner as we had patiently waited for an hour, the waitress was very rude and said, Quote: "It's coming, you have many people in front of you,". Basically reprimanding us for politely asking about how much longer our order would take. This was our first time a Quincy's. We are big spenders and big tippers. It was the most horrible experience and waste of over a $150 meal. We will never return and will never bring the numerous guests that we have come to Colorado from all over the world to Quincy's. Do better Quincy's. I suggest if you are planning to eat here please read what the bad reviews have to say. Not just the good reviews. Those can be family and friends. If you read the bad reviews, they are all the same. The same issues the same bad service.

The prime rib nights Friday and Saturday are the best nights to go. Call ahead or you'll be stuck sitting out on the sidewalk forever lol, no joke. Best prime rib in Florence.
Wonderful food! Super simple menu. Severs were very friendly. Glad I got to experience this nice & cozy restaurant while visiting family in Colorado!!

Simple, cowboy classy, and very demure. The menu is only one cut of meat depending on the day! The Wedge salad with homemade ranch was splendid (I barely even like salad). Our steaks were slightly over-cooked beyond our asking, but our table of 4 did a “switcharoo” and we all were happy.
Drinks were reasonable prices. Dessert was a SMASH! They were out of the Triple Chocolate Mousse, but we saw others eat it and it passed the “eye test.” We had one Cheesecake with chocolate and one with berry topping. 10/10 on the dessert. Highly recommend for a quiet and refreshing western meal.
Parking: Quincy’s is in a quiet little town of Florence. We went on a Monday night over a holiday and easily found a parking spot, even though the restaurant was quite full. We had to call ahead to make a reservation due to the 20-30 minute wait, but our table was ready when we got there.
This place was exceptional. The steaks were perfect. The service was over the top. And the price was unbelievable. I love the concept and evidently so does everyone else. It was packed the night we were there.

It was okay….my strawberry margarita tasted like there was no alcohol in it. Prices were good ambience is nice… my steak was a little overdone from what I ordered.
