My wife always wants to go to Quincys when we go to Colorado! What a neat restaurant in a western town! Food is delicious and service top notch! Some of the best Prime Rib you can find 😋
Very good food, staff is friendly and quick. We sat in the first room tonight. The second dining area is more comfortable. Tonight was prime rib and they were able to cook mine well which I appreciated. The bar drinks were good and priced well. Cheesecake for dessert topped off a good meal. They do have a small menu. Reservations are recommended as they do get a crowd.
I'm glad to see this location acty kept the iceberg lettuce wedges! We came in late but still felt welcome by the staff! Steaks were done perfectly as well as the baked potatoes!
