If you want Spicy Three Pepper Sauce, you have to go inside. They no longer have packets because they were discontinued, and they are not obligated to come out to the lobby to dispense the sauce into a container for drive-thru orders.
I recommend going inside.

Food is below mediocre. One tiny piece of meat on my brisket sandwich. This has happened on multiple occasions. Employees look at you like you are an inconvenience when you bring up issues.
