Why are you closed by 5 on weekdays. Seriously who is getting ice cream in the middle of a residential area before they get off work. Stay open later so those of us with jobs and kids can actually get ice cream on a hot Friday summer evening. Ain't nobody tryna get ice cream at 10 am on a Tuesday. I have no issue with the employees, the food, or the service. I just want to be able to get ice cream after work. Is this business running on subsidies?

Overpriced, walked in and saw $4+ for 1 Scoop and I walked right out and bought a Tub of Tillmook Neopolitin Ice Cream for about $6 at Safeway.

The short lady that served me is stingy with the ice cream. I got an ice cream scoop size of a golf ball. Come on you gotta make worth what the customer pay for. I got mint ice cream and a Jamoca flavour and I’m being honest it was freezer burnt. Not friendly and has No customer service skill. My First and last visit .

Works BR in town.. they rarely have more than all of 6 flavors.. the employees are rude and dismissive.. and they close way before they advertise as closing time. Ridiculous that even tho I live close- within walking distance my family and I travel off post to a different location for baskin.

Music blasting on bluetooth speaker. Baskin Robbins delivery orders cannot be forfilled in a timely manner. Items are always out. Staff in there seems angry. They have been setup for failure. The issues from previous post are still going on. Read them and see for yourself. The hours posted and being distributed are not accurate adding to the chaos. Delivery Driver are not the enemy. Educate staff about the cooperation need.
