The short lady that served me is stingy with the ice cream. I got an ice cream scoop size of a golf ball. Come on you gotta make worth what the customer pay for. I got mint ice cream and a Jamoca flavour and I’m being honest it was freezer burnt. Not friendly and has No customer service skill. My First and last visit .

Works BR in town.. they rarely have more than all of 6 flavors.. the employees are rude and dismissive.. and they close way before they advertise as closing time. Ridiculous that even tho I live close- within walking distance my family and I travel off post to a different location for baskin.

Music blasting on bluetooth speaker. Baskin Robbins delivery orders cannot be forfilled in a timely manner. Items are always out. Staff in there seems angry. They have been setup for failure. The issues from previous post are still going on. Read them and see for yourself. The hours posted and being distributed are not accurate adding to the chaos. Delivery Driver are not the enemy. Educate staff about the cooperation need.
All four flavors we got were freezer burnt and inedible.

Went to get ice cream with the kids because it was hot out, the store was empty and the employees were just sitting around on their phones. We walked in and as we approached the counter they said that the Baskin Robin's part of the store was closed. It was noon, we drove back to the house and my wife decided to call and ask for the hours and the lady on the phone said they where open till 5pm. Other reviews that I read or hear about at this particular location are mostly complaints about the employees picking and choosing when they are open. I hope some sort of management or higher level person reads this and makes a change to this unprofessional and Embarrassing behavior.
