Every time I come here it’s always fast and the food is good. Today I ordered online, got a Philly cheesesteak combo with large fries, except when my food came home my box barely had any fries. Super sad about the situation but the sandwich was still good.

Seriously, second time I have been there and second time she acts like an entitled, careless employee. Get a new job already, somewhere that is nowhere near customer service. Not kidding, she needs to be fired.

The only issue I have is just waiting to have my order taken in general. It takes a a while standing there just to place an order or just waiting for your food in general. But overall, it's still good.

The food at Charley’s is always good but this review is specifically for the worker named Christa. She had a really bad attitude. When i got in line she kept starting at me and mean mugging me. She also kept complaining in front of customers as if we weren’t there. She wouldn’t stop complaining and I’m pretty sure that’s why the guy in front of me left the line. She kept saying she was going to scream and that it was busy, which I understand having a bad day. However, keep those thoughts to yourself or in the back with other coworkers. If you don’t like your job, leave, simple as that. Don’t put customers in an awkward situation because you’re having a bad day or hate your sob
