Domino's hasn't been good since the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were popular. Overpriced and poor quality dough and their additional fees are ridiculous. To have a medium pizza covered will cost the same in taxes and fees plus "tip". Not worth the money

Staying at Camp Hale, Fort Carson's new campground just beyond Gate 6, and I mean like 100ft, and they will not deliver here because "company policy" states their drivers can't deliver off base. We are on base property but access is barely outside gate 6 (FYI gate 6 has limited hours so you would have to have delivery during that time.) What's more the B street Domino's won't deliver here either. We're 8 miles from them straight down HWY 115 but the address is so new they won't come here either! How Sad! Never again will I order from Domino's!!!

Food is okay but delivery drivers refuse to deliver your food into the barracks. I was sick on quarters recently and chose contactless delivery, but apparently drivers aren't allowed to deliver to your door (according to the drivers).
Had a pizza delivered and it was good for a cheat day.

I tried to order a pizza on Sunday night. I had to talk to their AI (instead of an option to order from a person), which froze up on me when asking me for my address (I was staying at the Candlewood Suites on Post at Fort Carson). The AI went silent for ~ 1 - minute, then hung up on me! I called their phone number back trying to find a way to talk to a person. NO OPTION for that. But their AI knew who I was and asked me if I'd like to continue with my order. After it's first fail, I was done and hung up. Almost immediately after that an actual person called me back on my smartphone? He took my order at ~ 16:49, and told me that my pizza would probably get to my room in 20 to 30 - minutes. I waited in my Hotel's Living Room close to the front door until ~ 17:30 then looked out my front door. No pizza, and no delivery person. I then waited until ~ 18:10 and called their number back to report that I hadn't received my pizza. Amazingly, a real person answered the phone this time, and still knew who I was. As I was calling, I looked out my front door again. And there was my pizza sitting up against my front door this time with my receipt on top of the box. Only it was cold with no heat in it at ALL! Nobody knocked on my door, or called me to tell me that my pizza was there. The person I was talking to said that they would get me another pizza, and I said that I will not be ordering another pizza from them. As cold as the pizza was, it went well below the "Food Safe Temperature Zone" and was sitting on the Hotel's Hallway floor, so I threw the entire uneaten pizza in the trash. He refunded my money, but I will never order from Fort Carson's Domino's again! Never had any problems like this with the Domino's where I live! Very Disappointed!
Please note that if you reply to Domino's Customer Service via the email that they send you about the issue that you reported, you will again be communicated with by yet another AI that will tell you that "it doesn't understand, and is still learning". Total Fail! I will never use ANY Domino's Pizza restaurants again now!

So, I should’ve said something when I saw it but I had to hurry home but there was a young gentleman on the prep line with no gloves touching the cheese and the dough and also touching his face and hair which was shoulder length with no hairnet on which is absolutely disgusting why someone would even think that is okay is beyond me plan to call them and make it know that maybe you should have someone like that on your prep line
