Donuts are donuts, but they don't always have them? But their still good and the Iced coffee was good. It's hit or miss on if the people will be nice.

If I could give them a negative star for the atmosphere and service, I would these women sound miserable when they take your order. They look miserable when you get to the window. I hate going through here idk why today I went. Quicker. Alexxa you need to learn to smile and maybe take on customer service skills because you refuse to reach to get my card. You refuse to reach to give me back my card and you refuse to reach to give me my drink when I reach as far as I could your lack of care or anything, it seems like it is gone. I don’t know. I really think Dunkin needs to get in and do quality control because this location is horrible. Customer service and feels like a negative atmosphere. I never thought I would say I would definitely choose Ellis over this location.

I went to this Dunkin’ at exactly 11:30 AM during my lunch break. I was the only car in the drive-thru. A female employee told me, “I’ll be right with you,” but I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came back. I had to leave and return to work without even getting anything. This isn’t the first time, another time I arrived around 12:50 PM, they told me to wait, then came back at 1 PM just to say they were closed. This location is on a military base, and it’s really disappointing how little they accommodate service members and their families. If the staff doesn’t want to work, give others the opportunity. If they don’t want to serve during certain hours, just update the hours. Total disgrace.

I don’t know what the hell this is, but I’m driving. Not only did they give me the cream cheese on the side for my bagel but gave me a fork to spread the cream cheese on. Mind you there was only one person behind me in line.

Coffee was horrible; I wanted 1/2 decaf and half regular. "We don't have decaf." I didn't taste one ounce of caramel in my xl coffee; mind you there was 5 pumps that was supposed to be in it. #

This stand used to be speedy and all of the employees really nice. Now they charge extra for everything and none of the food or drinks come out good. Oh no whip, that’ll be a dollar extra. Want a pup cup? They’re a dollar now. It was $11 today for a medium iced coffee and a very wet “snackin bacon”
