The last 2 times I’ve come here in the morning, they’ve been “out of donuts for the day”… like you’re literally called Dunkin’ DONUTS… how do you run out of donuts? Other than that, place is okay

Y'alls baristas should be called NASTYstas, the fact that y'alls coffee tasted like third world country!!!This is what I ordered today. Empanada was not available, so they replaced it with chorizo wrap. Great! But when it came to my churro iced coffee, it was nasty! It tasted sour! Hellooo???!!! I ordered a MF Churro Iced Coffee, not a Sourdough Iced Coffee!

How difficult is it to order from the menu? The communication is terrible with the employees here. If they don’t like their jobs; get a new one! There was no one else in line. I wanted to order 2 classic donuts. They repeatedly asked “what kind?” “Do you care if I get one for you?”They listed so many.. A classic donut as displayed on the menu was not that complicated to order if they actually knew how to do their job correctly.I would give zero stars if I could

Not a great selection. Coffee was below par for a DD. Took them 5 minutes to get me coffee with no one else in line.

The ladies at this stand are so sweet and I always feel welcomed when I visit. Drinks are delicious and made really speedy, it’s nice to have a stand like this nearby to order from

If you order a frosted donut. Don't expect to get any frosting on it. They alway threw it in upside down so all the frosting sticks to the paper. But the service is decent.

I keep thinking maybe it was just bad timing last time I came here but no. Everything I come here it's a terrible experience. How can you run a business like this? Your employees obviously hate working here and treat customers like trash.

At first I was captivated by this stand-alone. The drive-thru line was long but moving fast. Then I realized, that maybe their only goal. I got to the window, ruin lady with rude gentleman behind her staring me down. I receiving my order and it was all incorrect, even after asking the register lady. Horrible Dunkin Experience, but what to expect when you’re on a military base…

They don’t sell food after breakfast time. So nothing for lunch. What a joke.

The employees are awesome. However, I was left stranded on this planet with NO POWER due to the removal of the Power Breakfast Sandwich. Absolutely abhorrent!!

Waited 20 minutes to cash out for half a dozen donuts

Absolutely terrible to the point where they ruined my morning. It is a disgrace that the workers do not respect their customers. I expect good service especially working on base. Also, I asked for a cold crew coffee and it tasted like water because it was full of ice and didn’t even have the color of a normal coffee brew. I then asked for a different one with less ice and they gave me an iced “coffee” that was basically milk and sugar. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst one and a waste of time, money, and space!! At least the other one on Ellis street actually knows how to make coffee. Everytime I head to work which is down the same street, I try not to look at Dunkin’ Donuts because it truly would put me in a bad mood for that brief moment driving by.

Stale donuts, hard as a rock and cold like they've been refrigeratored at 10am in the morning.

They give out stale donuts, are not open according to the hours posted online or even on their location door.

I came here three separate occasions hoping the service would be better but the staff is by far rudest I have ever had anywhere ever.
