i came here a few weeks ago and the food was fine but the service was terrible. they were very rude and took forever to bring me my food and drink. i think one of their names was mariah and the other girl was kind of tall and had long black hair. if you want to be treated decently don’t come here they’re awful.

Just shut this place down & properly train employees. They have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what they’re doing. Waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks is RIDICULOUS.

The screen was down, so I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to order there or at the drive-thru. I drove up to the drive-thru, and the window associate didn’t greet me with a warm welcome. Instead, she asked, “Did you order at the intercom?” I explained that there were signs up (which looked tacky), and she then asked, “Oh, do you have an online order?” I said no. She didn’t even give me a chance to fully explain before saying, “Well, next time, can you order there?” I apologized, but she handed me my order with no “thank you,” just a stank face, and didn’t say another word. This Dunkin’ is completely unprofessional and needs new management—how can you work in customer service and treat people so poorly?

I come in here every single day due to me working on Fort carson. I see the same group of people congregated in the back, including a girl who wears a mask every day and pretty much only two girls working upfront. I’m really writing this post because I feel it isn’t fair, but every time I come in here, the same group of people are always hiding in the back having the two girls who seem to be new doing everything. They didn’t even have cold brew ready. Thank you for the new girls for busting your butts.

They make the food okay, and the coffee is sometimes hit or miss compared to other Dunkin’s, but mostly consistent. But my god the wait time in the drive through is awful. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to service three people ahead of me, who have also been waiting for awhile. The other Dunkin’s in town aren’t this slow.
My guess is they need more staff working here, or ones who can work a little faster during breakfast.

Very very slow, stale donuts, lousy coffee. Never again. It should not be hard to get donuts right.
Everything about this Dunkin is terrible. As a New Englander, I don't expect much from Dunkin outside of the region, but to take 20minutes in the drive thru, and still not have my order is ridiculous. My husband went inside and spent another 15minutes and the kids working in there, were just goofing around and had not started our order. When you order a coffee light and sweet, it doesn't mean Regular Cream and Sugar. My Sandwich was half cooked. Do better. This Dunkin needs a major retraining session.

Can’t belive a dunkin can be THIS incompetent, every single time that I’ve came here they have royally screwed up the SIMPLEST of things. For instance, ordered a medium drink, not filled even close to the top of the lid, forgotten items, extremely slow employees, messed up orders, and even food that tastes like chemicals?!? This last time is going to be the last time I ever come to this location and you shouldn’t go either.

Second time I’ve gotten donuts and they taste like they’re a week old. Hard and crusty :( how are you gonna have glazed donuts with no glaze??? They taste like someone thought about glazing them.
