Ordered a hazelnut holiday drink and they gave coffee with creamer and sweetener. With the label of every ingredient that’s supposed to be in the drink. This doesn’t make sense. They NEVER serve breakfast in the mornings. They only have two types of croissants and coffee. Why is Dunkin even running on base when they can’t provide what has been promised. Customer service - HORRIBLE. Dunkin Francise owner if you’re not able to run this business and provide customers what they pay for, you either need to sell or shutdown. Don’t waste our time and money.

I ordered the Holiday Cookie Iced Signature Latte. When I received my order it looked like a regular plain latte. It had nothing that it was supposed to come with. On the ticket it says this drink includes whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cookie butter crumble on top. The drink had NONE of that on it. The drink was very poorly made and the service seems lazy.

My husband went to order a drink for me. The cake batter signature latte. He asked them TWICE if the drink he ordered was the drink he got, and they said yes. Mind you, there was no one else behind him in line for them to have gotten the order mixed up. They gave him a completely different drink than what he ordered. Like nothing about it was correct. How do you literally tell a person twice that the drink you made is correct, and hand it to them knowing you made the complete wrong drink?! This place is literally awful. Every single time either he or I orders something they can’t get it right. This place should be shut down. Or completely new workers who actually pay attention should be hired!

Rude as hell. Took forever at the speaker to take my order and then told me to hurry up because they were in a rush. Wouldnt let me order a dozen donuts and Then jammed 3 donuts into a tiny bag and ruined them. What is wrong with you people

you might as well just close this location if you can't speed up the service. I waited 20 minutes just for a coffee this morning and made me late for work. This is the second and last time this happens to me. Highly recommend not coming here if you're on any kind of a time schedule unless you can allocate like 30 minutes for a drive-through.

Don’t recommend this Dunkin I ordered a caramel craze latte and not only was it gross but the coffee was so white! It tasted like it was milk with a splash of creamer total waste of money !
Ordered on the app only 2 hours after they open and got a variety of a dozen nothing fancy and all they had when I went to pick up were glazed. Said they ran out of everything.

And I get when it's busy ya gotta wait but I'm talking about being the only customer during their regular business hours. Employees are friendly. Subpar operations.
