I only had 20 minutes I could wait today, so I didn't have time for a sandwich here.

World's slowest Jimmy Johns. It's incredible. I'm here in the drive through for an hour for a sandwich. The other place on post they have the sandwich ready before your finished paying.
Twenty minutes alone on a single turkey tom. The guy came back to the window three times to check what I ordered. One turkey tom. That's all my friend.

This is the fourth time they have messed up my sandwich and put mayo on it! I will not go here again

If I could leave more stars, I would! I placed a catering order online and didn’t know that they were located on base (completely my fault) so I wasn’t able to get on base. They met up with me in their personal car and brought my catering order to me ! Such a kind thing to do! They also threw in some extra sides for me which was so thoughtful. I couldn’t thank them enough for the great service! Shoutout to Haley for making this order extra special.

who ever was on taking orders on the drive through around 12pm April 16th was blatantly rude and unprofessional. almost all there customers are Service members that work long hours and have a short fuse. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich and one of these days some one is gonna lash out
Service is generally good but quality control is hit or miss.
Holy crap. If you are in any sort of rush or don’t have about 30-40 minutes to wait for one sandwich, don’t go here. I seriously do not get it.
I’ve been the only car in line AND ordered online and there is still a 10-20 minute wait EVERY TIME. It’s not a one time thing, it’s every single time.

Out of bread? How does a sandwich joint run out of bread during lunch on a Thursday.

Ita great if u don't order delivery. Delivery drivers have stolen my food or just not showed up lately call and they refuse to do anything about it. Won't give me the order I payed for or refund it
This Jimmy jams does not miss. I do not care what employee is working i have never had so much as a misunderstood order or a mess up its 100 percent how you asked 100 percent of the time and im pretty sure that’s accurate bc I’ve probably gotten close to 100 sammies from here by now.

This place is ok. The reason for the 3 star is due to the service and sandwich. We asked for extra mayo, and to add pickles, and mustard on the sandwich. We got sandwiches with little mayo, mustard packets (none on the sandwich) and a WHOLE pickle (none on the sandwich). The bread was hard too. Probably the most disappointing Jimmy John’s experience I have had unfortunately. The workers were nice though

Freaky fast: not at all.Literally waited in the drive through line for a total of 36 minutes. When ordering, the man taking my order seemed to be bothered by my presence; I felt very uncomfortable.Upon arriving at the window, the man took my payment and promptly told me to wait, proceeding to close the doors in my face. I then waited 9 minutes and 30 seconds for my two simple sandwiches. Both orders were also received with errors. The whole 9 minutes, the man stood behind the window, didn’t help make any sandwiches, and didn’t take any orders.I normally love Jimmy John’s but this place has tempted me to succumb to subway or even starve for lunch rather than wait through that experience.
Probably the slowest sandwich shop I've ever been to in my life. I'm going to drive out of my way to go to subway from now on. They have at least 4 employees and only 1 person making sandwiches at any time.
