My order was for delivery on 5/30/25 and order 2 sandwiches which were completely wrong. 1. BLT. I put no mayo and there was mayo and pickles on the sandwich but no tomatoes. 2. Pepe. Asked no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Asked for pickles, extra onions, oregano, X sauce and there was no pickles, onions, oregano and sauce. I never had an issue before till today. I’m glad that my wife is not allergic to mayo. But you got my money that’s all you cared about.

Honestly this review is just because they refuse to deliver to a new address even though it's in range, easy to get to and within a mile of the restaurant. It's been hard enough trying to get deliveries in the new development and dealing with housing and my new house malfunctioning. I can't even have food delivered so I can focus on moving. I even said they could call me. I'm literally across the street from houses they can navigate to. On the corner at an intersection they can navigate to. Because no one needs food delivery more than the poor sap that volunteered to move into a new military housing development. Because military. I guess Jimmy John's on post already subscribes to the 'good enough for government mantra'

Overall this place is good in terms of delivery etc and they are nice. However, my food was just not good. It was a toasted sandwich. I’m disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money when I couldn’t even eat it because it was legit burnt and I feel like there was no meat inside the sandwich.

Took 35 mins to get 3 sandwiches. Two of which were done incorrectly. Everytime I ask for something off my sandwich it still ends up on it. Not coming back.

We went through the drive thru and paid $40 for 3 sandwiches which is insane. My son ate half of his sandwich when we noticed a short black hair in it. After that we all lost our appetite’s.. Then my wrap tasted like they poured pure salt in it, it was so bad! I couldn’t even stomach it. We will not be back. We had to throw it all away.
The employees at this location are very unwelcoming. They don’t greet you…literally just start barking questions at you.
The food was nasty. We paid a lot for 4 sandwiches and nobody could finish theirs because the lettuce they put in the sandwiches was rancid. Seriously, mouthfuls of this rotten tasting lettuce.
We couldn’t believe we wasted that much money on sandwiches that we couldn’t even eat.

I came inside and ordered and they continuously kept making my sandwich wrong but I just gave up and decided to eat it the third time. As I’m eating a rat literally ran across my foot. Also I came in a time before to order and the cashier upfront had horrible hygiene . I think his name was Jake or Blake, something of that sort. And it wasn’t a musty smell but a smell as if he almost hadn’t showered in days. It so overwhelming I contemplated eating there but I had to leave. Haven’t been back since.

It's not a chain I patronize often, maybe the 5th time ever. Sandwiches weren't bad, but they weren't great either. Very average. No hot sub options, and what's up with only having provolone cheese and nothing else? Served is purpose and was about the only place open later in the night.
