Stopped by here for the first time and it was delicious! Would’ve taken a picture but my Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was gone so fast! Service was excellent, and didn’t have to wait long for the food. Which again, was absolutely fantastic! Looking forward to returning again soon!

My order was for delivery on 5/30/25 and order 2 sandwiches which were completely wrong. 1. BLT. I put no mayo and there was mayo and pickles on the sandwich but no tomatoes. 2. Pepe. Asked no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Asked for pickles, extra onions, oregano, X sauce and there was no pickles, onions, oregano and sauce. I never had an issue before till today. I’m glad that my wife is not allergic to mayo. But you got my money that’s all you cared about.

Honestly this review is just because they refuse to deliver to a new address even though it's in range, easy to get to and within a mile of the restaurant. It's been hard enough trying to get deliveries in the new development and dealing with housing and my new house malfunctioning. I can't even have food delivered so I can focus on moving. I even said they could call me. I'm literally across the street from houses they can navigate to. On the corner at an intersection they can navigate to. Because no one needs food delivery more than the poor sap that volunteered to move into a new military housing development. Because military. I guess Jimmy John's on post already subscribes to the 'good enough for government mantra'

Overall this place is good in terms of delivery etc and they are nice. However, my food was just not good. It was a toasted sandwich. I’m disappointed and I feel like I wasted my money when I couldn’t even eat it because it was legit burnt and I feel like there was no meat inside the sandwich.

Took 35 mins to get 3 sandwiches. Two of which were done incorrectly. Everytime I ask for something off my sandwich it still ends up on it. Not coming back.
