Absolutely disgusted with the quality of wings I received. Not once but twice. I thought the first order of bloody wings was a fluke because I ordered late but then they offered to remake my order happily and I was still served bloody inedible and unappetizing wings. Absolutely gross.

Gage he is awful I’m contacting headquarters, I will be reaching out the Fort Carson Garrison to complain about this location and Gage’S awful customer service and attitude toward customers that order get the food wrong and complain. He has an awful attitude. I placed a order for pickup at 6:25pm upon walking in, I could hear a conversation of happiness from gauge tapping the screen on their side of orders to go saying oh look it’s my time to shine laughing. The young lady working with him wearing glasses said what he goes Taylor the awful customer that left the bad review about me he goes. This is my time to shine. I simply said I’m right here so what do you have to say we could do this right here and he started laughing as if it was a joke and then He goes thank God I didn’t touch your order. I said yeah it’s probably gonna be right too, and I won’t have to have anybody argue with me about it. And then I went to leave and he said something under his breath and I turned around and told him I said you need to practice your customer service. It’s out of control. There was four other customers in the store that were there and heard it and saw it he tried to embarrass me when in return he embarrassed his self And definitely did not conduct himself as a professional in any type of way. This just goes to proof I shouldn’t have gone. I knew better that young man is out of control and the fact that nobody said anything to a management wise or shift lead wise is insane. I will be reaching out to management. I will not drop it at this point.

poor costumer service, manager look like he just woke up. waited for 40 mins for a extra crispy chicken and still gave me the wrong order. not going to recommend this place. crew looks lost saw that they gave a person wrong order.

it’s 6:50 pm January 7th (not a special day) their lights are on but doors are locked and their driveways is blocked off with cones. The hours posted say they close at 9pm

This location has been one of the few I have visited in the past 20 years. I didn’t eat at KFC until I was reintroduced to KFC in 2022 while in Poland. There, I found my taste for KFC once again and have been blown away by the changes in their menus. Of course the receipts and the taste remains unmatched and a delicacy that’s to be craved. Supply returning from Europe, I have been visiting this location and gotten nothing but amazing support and service. The food and the drinks are amazing and their seasonal beverages are what my kids chases every time we are here. The nuggets are to die for and are tastier than any other restaurant I have been to.

This KFC is hands down the best! The place is always clean, and the staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. Their smiles and positive energy make you feel like you’re walking into a friend’s home, not just a restaurant. Being on a military base, it’s clear they know how much a little positivity can mean—it really lifts morale. Great food, great service, and a great vibe every time.
