A negative experience at this KFC restaurant has left my family and I extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, the food served to us resulted in my husband and children developing food poisoning. My son was particularly affected, experiencing symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and severe stomach pain. The situation was so serious that I had to take him to the emergency hospital. When I approached the supervisor at the restaurant to discuss the issue, she appeared apathetic and showed little concern.

I don't understand all the bad reviews on here. Here is a fact, this is the #1 rated kfc in all of Colorado. I deliver food for a living and pick up from all kfc's in Colorado Springs and Pueblo. This one on Fort Carson always has the orders done in a timely fashion, and my customers have never complained. I can't say that about any of the other kfc's. I have never had any drama at this kfc, I also get dinner for the wife and me here. By far the best and are always immaculately clean!

9/30/2023: i went and ordered the new kind of spicy wings combo !! DELICIOUS!! You should keep them KFC! Customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time on fort Carson! Customer service was excellent! The manager was amazing!

This restaurant is by far the best in the nation hands down. I work in the food industry and I will not eat any other kfc because they are so nasty but this store is so clean. Lisa suggested I try the new hot wings and I was not disappointed. They were really good as she described. I recommend trying the new hot wings if you’re a wing lover. Thanks Lisa for a great experience.
Ive been waiting along time for KFC to bring back their hot wings. Finally they did sadly its promotional. KFC hot wings are awesome. I did a comparison to Hooters hot wings. I ordered wings (bonein & breaded) with 3 mile sauce on the side. Hooters plain bonein and breaded dont compare or even come close to the KFC wings. Hooters bonein and breaded were by far less breaded and crispy. No flavor. The only thing is the sauce that makes the wing. However, KFC wings are breaded and crispy with the spicey flavor. I personally love the KFC wings. I get an order 2-3 times weekly. Please keep the wings on the menu.

I ate lunch there on Aug. 22, 2023. I brought a wing dinner, and the chicken was overcooked and the French fries were oily. When I got back to work, I regurgitate all that I did consume. I would take the leftovers back, and get my money, but what is the use. It is more of a hassle than what it is worth.
