As far as DFACs go, this is one of the better ones.

All they have to do is reheat food, yet they somehow manage to be so incompetent to contaminate it. Soldiers poisoning other soldiers feels like treason. Absolutely ridiculous.

When I come here I feel like I'm eating at Auschwitz. They never have any food. In addition the serving sizes are so small it's something I would expect at an elementary school.
The attached picture tells you all you need to know. The fact that that passes as an appropriate serving size for hungry soldiers is appalling. Soldiers should not have to pay out of pocket to buy more food because the DFAC doesn't serve enough. Oh, and they're closed on weekends too. Do better
