New management & it shows. Food was great & the people are friendly 🙌 I frequent the PX often and noticed a big improvement in the display; I decided to give them another chance (I had a not great experience before with the customer service) I was pleasantly surprised this time around & will definitely be back.

Since the new manager Erika took over, this Sbarro has completely turned around for the better! The staff is much more friendly and welcoming, the place is cleaner, and the food has been more consistent and fresh every time I visit. You can really tell there’s pride in the way the team runs things now. It’s great to see such positive changes — I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommend!p

My pizza came out and was ready to be cut but the person on duty just kept on taking other orders letting mine sit and get cold in total 3 new orders were placed and food delivered to people who ordered after me before I got my food

a month of ago i came here to buy the bake ziti and unbeknownst to me it had mold. Let me tell you when ate i the ziti my world changed, I've been in a binary state of constant constipation and explosive Diarrhea. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE

Showed up at 5pm today and stood in a 3 person line for 20 minutes while there was nobody behind the counter. Finally after several yells, someone came out and their excuse was “it’s only two of us here.” That doesn’t explain why there’s nobody to take orders out front
