After standing waiting to be helped for about five minutes I was told that there would be a 30 minute WAIT to take my order because they are doing online orders and would NOT make my coffee until they had filled all the online orders first.

Fantastic crew. I went there at 8:30am a super busy time. I ordered 20 bagels and cream cheese plus a box of coffee for the stellar staff in family care. They told me upfront that it would be 90 minutes until it was ready. Not only was it ready but they neatly organized it in a crate for me to carry easily. Thank You Guys and Gals again!

Though it's small I go there every time I visit the hospital, the staff are really friendly and help out if you don't know what you want to get. Real nice place to go if you're waiting for an appointment or just leaving, stop by and say hi to them.

They feel as though they can just close 45 mins early. If their hours are posted for them to close at 4pm, there should be no way the gate is down at 3:15. This has happened on many occasions.
Worst Starbucks. You want a latte, they give you hot milk. I had them re make a drink and I'm pretty sure I got the same one back. Horrible. Where are the mom and pop shops?
