Apparently charging $0.60 now for “lining the cup” for Carmel, but give you Less lining now. Before it would almost cover the sides. Two days in a row. One day was busy and one wasn’t. I’m paying extra for this, give me what I’m paying for.

Tables sticky, furniture is missing parts. This location does not give you the free refills. Even though other Starbucks on other AAFES will honor the Starbucks policy.

The girl who took my order was nice but then she showed the barista & she made an ugly face, I know my drink order was kinda long but it was annoying and rude. After that she made my drink the wrong size so why are you going to make a face about my drink and then mess it up…… she was rude, I almost got a refund cause her whole attitude was disgusting & she just ruined the vibe & goodness of my drink.

Tried to get a large green tea lemonade, then was told they could not do the size I wanted. Then after 10 minutes of waiting they gave me my drink and it was FULL of tea grounds not Just a little, almost looked like they took a tablespoon and put three scoops of grounds in it. I immediately lost my appetite and tossed the drink in the trash.

Wonderful Star Bucks on Fort Carson, Colorado. The staff is nice and has a good atmosphere. Always busy as everyone is always trying to get their caffeine fix. One improvement is that the baristas need to speak up, or yell when orders are ready. No one can hear them and drinks are just sitting there. But that would be the only negative thing for this place. Definitely come if you need a quick cup of coffee ☕

Fort Carson’s Starbucks literally is the best Starbucks in Colorado Springs. You can order the same drink in any other Starbucks in town and it will not be the same. Fort Carson’s Starbucks is superior.

This location is by far my most favorite to go to. I like to bring my mom here and have coffee with her. The workers have been so lovely and kind, which makes the day even more sweeter. Even when the line gets so backed up (maybe around lunch time or on a holiday, which is inevitable), I have never seen more patient customers in my life. The atmosphere of this Starbucks is so calm, if I had the opportunity I could just sit there, coffee in hand and watch the day fly by.The aroma of fresh coffee, catchy music, lighting inside the shop and all around appearance.. it's just perfect.They also make the coffee absolutely perfect! My go-to is a hot white chocolate mocha, perfect for this chilly season. My mom prefers a hot hazelnut latte.All in all, if I could rate this place more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat.Thank you all and keep up the good work!
