Horrible customer service. Annnd my drink is always wrong...at first I assumed they were just having a bad day. Second time, mistakes happen. Third and fourth time.... alright I'm done.

This is the fourth time I’ve came in and the store I still closed. Store says open at 6, I got there around 6:10 and the door is still closed all the lights off. The worker with the keys rolled in late and the other worker named Alexis was waiting on her. After she opened the door for them it took her another 15 minutes to turn the lights on but still the doors were locked for customers. It’s now 6:30 and still locked. TERRIBLE!

I've noticed recently that they're trying skip out on adding any extra add ons you order. A few times they haven't added the caramel drizzle that I asked and paid for. I ask for extra shots and they don't put them in. I hate having to ask them to fix it but I pay a lot of money for my drink, I expect it to be made properly.

I visited this location on August 23, 2025, and unfortunately had one of the least welcoming experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. When I walked in, there were no other customers—just three associates (one making drinks and two at the register). Neither I nor my son were greeted at all, which was surprising since I’m used to Starbucks staff being friendly and approachable. I even commented aloud, ā€œI guess we aren’t getting greeted,ā€ before I said hello myself and moved on to order.
During my order, the cashier did explain that the cold foam contained dairy, which I appreciated, but beyond that the interaction felt rushed and disconnected. She didn’t tell me my total, nor was I able to see it, which was frustrating. Another staff member stood silently behind her without expression or acknowledgment, which made the entire experience feel awkward and uncomfortable.
Customer service is supposed to be about engaging with the customer, and this location really missed the mark. If the second associate was supposed to be in training, then this is a poor example to set. This store would benefit greatly from retraining on basic customer service and hospitality—things that usually make Starbucks stand out from other coffee shops.

Today was one of those days that I was so tired that I needed a pick me up. I went in for a coffee yawning and zoned out. I left and half way though my coffee I see this message! Honestly it warmed my heart and I hope the young man that completed my order have a great week as well! You guys honestly made my weekšŸ’•

Your male employee didn’t clean his hands after urinating. I was gonna get a coffee and I saw him walk away. Disgusting. I told one of his coworkers and she laughed. This is how you treat soldiers at Fort Carson.

Workers were not friendly what’s so ever!! I had order two refreshers yesterday and I was told by a barista that they would save my ticket. I asked this morning and they didn’t have it. They stole my money :(

This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I always thought Starbucks was known for friendly service, but every time I come here, the staff is rude. This morning, when I asked to split the payment between two cards, the staff member name Tiffany said, ā€˜Ugh, now I have to redo it!’ right to the customer, which is not appropriate. I understand it’s hard to live as a military spouse or family. But don’t bring your personal life issues into work and take it out on customers. That’s very unprofessional. Why should a customer spend money and walks away feeling disrespected? You don’t like your job, then find something else. And stop ruining other people’s days. Yes, you work on a military base, but you’re also representing a well-known business. Don’t damage the brand with your attitude—do your job with a sense of responsibility. Please offer the level of customer service that customers expect from Starbucks.

Apparently charging $0.60 now for ā€œlining the cupā€ for Carmel, but give you Less lining now. Before it would almost cover the sides. Two days in a row. One day was busy and one wasn’t. I’m paying extra for this, give me what I’m paying for.

This location does not give you the free refills. Even though other Starbucks on other AAFES will honor the Starbucks policy.
