Your male employee didn’t clean his hands after urinating. I was gonna get a coffee and I saw him walk away. Disgusting. I told one of his coworkers and she laughed. This is how you treat soldiers at Fort Carson.
Workers were not friendly what’s so ever!! I had order two refreshers yesterday and I was told by a barista that they would save my ticket. I asked this morning and they didn’t have it. They stole my money :(
This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I always thought Starbucks was known for friendly service, but every time I come here, the staff is rude. This morning, when I asked to split the payment between two cards, the staff member name Tiffany said, ‘Ugh, now I have to redo it!’ right to the customer, which is not appropriate. I understand it’s hard to live as a military spouse or family. But don’t bring your personal life issues into work and take it out on customers. That’s very unprofessional. Why should a customer spend money and walks away feeling disrespected? You don’t like your job, then find something else. And stop ruining other people’s days. Yes, you work on a military base, but you’re also representing a well-known business. Don’t damage the brand with your attitude—do your job with a sense of responsibility. Please offer the level of customer service that customers expect from Starbucks.
Very friendly atmosphere. Great service. Nice to have this familiar landmark always there at the PX.
Slow service. Waited over 30 mins for my order just to get told that they don’t have what I ordered.

Apparently charging $0.60 now for “lining the cup” for Carmel, but give you Less lining now. Before it would almost cover the sides. Two days in a row. One day was busy and one wasn’t. I’m paying extra for this, give me what I’m paying for.

Tables sticky, furniture is missing parts.
This location does not give you the free refills. Even though other Starbucks on other AAFES will honor the Starbucks policy.

Waited 33 minutes for a mobile order of one coffee; the guy inside was very rude when I asked 30 minutes into the order; go somewhere else if possible.
What more is there to say, I go for the black coffee. So I can only say it is very good.

The girl who took my order was nice but then she showed the barista & she made an ugly face, I know my drink order was kinda long but it was annoying and rude. After that she made my drink the wrong size so why are you going to make a face about my drink and then mess it up…… she was rude, I almost got a refund cause her whole attitude was disgusting & she just ruined the vibe & goodness of my drink.

Tried to get a large green tea lemonade, then was told they could not do the size I wanted. Then after 10 minutes of waiting they gave me my drink and it was FULL of tea grounds not Just a little, almost looked like they took a tablespoon and put three scoops of grounds in it. I immediately lost my appetite and tossed the drink in the trash.

Wonderful Star Bucks on Fort Carson, Colorado. The staff is nice and has a good atmosphere. Always busy as everyone is always trying to get their caffeine fix. One improvement is that the baristas need to speak up, or yell when orders are ready. No one can hear them and drinks are just sitting there. But that would be the only negative thing for this place. Definitely come if you need a quick cup of coffee ☕
