We absolutely love 415! My husband and I always split the Beat Bowl and When Pigs Fly - it is the best combo. Everything on the menu is fresh and fabulous including their drinks. This is definitely a hidden gem in FoCo and we tell everyone we can think of about this spot. We wish 415 great success and hope you’ll eat here too. The best! (And fantastic service every time of course)

I ate dinner here and thought that it was wonderful. The Ginger mocktail was perfectly gingery and not sweet. The Mediterranean Bowl with grilled organic tofu had fabulous flavors. I also got a chocolate pot de crème for dessert, and it was wonderful. Service was friendly and efficient. If I lived in Fort Collins, I would come here all the time. I live in Boulder, so I'm not lacking for restaurant choices but I was really impressed and a bit jealous that I couldn't find something like this closer to home.

This should be on everyone's list for dinner out in FoCo. Good for kids too. Now we love to go there with our friends for lunch. The wait staff is terrific, the food is great. I love the red pepper tomato bisque and the beet salad. There are too many good things to mention.
Delicious pizza with a great thin crust. My wife had chicken and waffles and said the chicken was some of the best she's ever had. Tried various cocktails and mocktails and all were excellent.

We got blackened cauliflower and their spicy chicken dinners for takeout. The blackened cauliflower was delicious. Four stars for that. The chicken dish gets zero stars. It was thrown out (literally) because when you start with overcooked dried out pieces of chicken breast, there’s really nothing you can do to make it into a decent meal. It was very disappointing and a complete waste of money instead of an enjoyable quality restaurant meal.
