DO NOT VISIT unless you enjoy wasting money. We visited for a special dinner and found was nothing like what we had 6 months before. The service was fair at best. The food was very small portions and high prices that were in a night club atmosphere. We visited Ace Gillette in Fort Collins, CO 6 months ago and enjoyed an upscale dinner with many choices. Wonderful service and ambience to match the meal. Ace now DOES NOT compare to RARE, Sonny Lubocks, Vino or any other high end restaurants in the area. Only in price. What I can assume was a 3oz Filet was $46 and had about 6 dime size potatoes and 10 green beans on the plate. Salmon Lox was one piece only big enough for one person at $15. None of the food was anything better than 5 out of 10. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ACE GILLETTE AGAIN! I do not leave many reviews mostly positive when we do but this was awful and very expensive.
Great spot for a casual brunch or lunch! Enjoyed the caprese melt and salad and loves that they were dog friendly on the patio. They even had a dog menu!

Frankie was our server today and he was punctual and very knowledgeable and always there when we needed him. It was our first time in and we will be back thanks to Frankie and the delicious food!

Bring back the dynamite tots with spicy ketchup 😭 and the flatbreads!
Other than the recent menu change, everything here is consistently good, especially in the summer on the patio. Total change in the winter, the service for the few indoor tables has always been hit or miss.

Tasty food and mimosas with good gluten free options. The staff are also delightful and very on top of things, even on a busy Sunday morning!

My girlfriend, her son and I attended breakfast there this last Sunday. The atmosphere and music were great and the egg Benedict’s were not bad. Unfortunately, our waitress was horrendous. We spent $120 on the meal between the 3 of us. Our water never was refilled in the 2 hours we were there. My girlfriend and I had to share utensils for 20 min before we finally just had to go inside and get them for ourselves. I had 2 bloody Mary’s during this time, which tasted like it was solid V8 juice. Then the waitress gave us our check and told us they were closing in 15 min and we should be aware (basically telling us to hussle up) even though she couldn’t even seem to fill a glass of water. It was just an overall bad and unfortunate experience. We've always really enjoyed the Aces Lounge. Wish the cafe brought the same level of service to the table.

This place is phenomenal. The drinks are great and the food was fantastic. I got the brisket benedict with a bloody mary, and my dad got the caprese benedict with the aperol spritz. The service was great, and the server was very nice. There was a gentleman playing piano which was also very nice. I would highly recommend stopping at this place for breakfast.

Stopped by for happy hour and to catch up with a dear friend I hadn’t seen for awhile. Everything was perfect, honestly even our server, Meg. Friendly and knowledgeable- she was the perfect combination of attentive, yet not hovering (not an easy thing to do!). Loved our time on the patio and looking forward to returning! Thanks Meg!!

The patio is one of the best and most comfortable people watching spots in Fort Collins. Very friendly, fast and efficient servers. The steak salad, rosemary tots and Armstrong burger were SUPERB! Excellent presentation on all entrees, and the beef was expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Ace Cafe exceeded my expectations! The Apple Cider Waffle was perfect—crispy, fluffy, and full of flavor. The French press coffee was equally amazing. Our server was outstanding, providing friendly and attentive service that made our visit even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
