Food's terrific, if you can get it. They say they are open til 7 pm but this is incorrect. I think it's actually 5 or 530 as everytime I've come after that they are closed.

We just dropped in here for a to-go lunch and it was delicious!! I got the Seoul Bowl and my husband got the Elizabeth. Both were fantastic!

If you haven’t done Alimentary, you must. It is the gastronomers delight. I’m embraced by a delicious smorgasbord of carefully curated, nutritious ingredients. The vegetables present themselves as crisp while the in house made concoctions of dressings, sauces, proteins are well crafted and of the utmost quality. I’m probably going to come back.I always like to wring out some portions of praise or critique on the staff as well. They are cheerful and you’ll get a good eye smile while you’re in there.

If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat that is both healthy AND delicious, then look no further. This little shop is well worth the trip and is a good stop for any type of eater - from the vegan to meat lover. Alimentary has become a go-to for me when I need a quick meal. Their bowls and wraps are exceptional - my "warm" lunch of choice here is the Seoul Bowl and the sesame miso dressing it features is mouth-watering. I recently had the BBQ Bowl as well - coconut sweet potatoes, fried shallots, shredded beef and more. Another favorite is Akai Bowl - but really you can't go wrong.

This is our go-to for fast, healthy lunch. We eat here a few times a week. It's ideal for everyone and super tasty, but they also make it easy to eat gluten, dairy and grain free! Our new favorite in Fort Collins.

Excellent flavor. Healthy. And the girl who helped us was super friendly and helpful! 100% will be back!

Alimentary has been consistently tasty— I’ve been 4 or 5 times and have enjoyed the Buddha bowl and the Seoul bowl. Their tofu and grilled chicken are so good! Great addition to Fort Collins

If it were possible to give this place negative stars I would. To refuse cash not only is bad business it is pretentious. It also prevents anyone who doesnt have a bank account from buying your food. The economy is tanking and you actually think it is reasonable to refuse cash? Take your pretentious self back to cali or New York. Also $14 for a bowl of lettuce and kale with some chicken on top is BEYOND over priced. I hope you tacky pretentious resturant gets what it deserves NOTHING

This is very unfortunate because my wife and I really loved this place. We would get bowls from here on a regular basis, our favorite was the Seoul Bowl. Last Saturday we got two Seoul Bowl’s and we both ended up getting sick and felt bad for a few days afterwards. I called in and spoke with the manager just to mention our experience... she said it was probably the kimchi, and that the batch was near its end and sometimes can go bad or over ferment since they don’t use any preservatives. She assured me they had already made a new batch and would throw the rest of that old batch out...She said that she would offer us two free bowls on our next visit to make up for the bad experience, which I thought was a nice gesture. Today, one week later I decided to go in and get our two free bowls and try something different… We were not quite ready to try their kimchi again. My wife got the Elizabeth and I got the barbecue bowl and unfortunately they both had issues. The Barbecue bowl I had a mix of potatoes that were probably cooked today and some old ones that had been probably cooked a few days ago and sat around, they tasted really bad... I had to sort through and get them out because they were literally so dried out and stale. The Elizabeth bowl had the same issue with many bad potatoes but in addition to that almost half of the salad greens in it were completely rotten and black. It really sucks because this restaurant is a great concept for fast healthy food. When you have to pick through your expensive meal(these were free but normally these bowls are about $15ea) To remove rotten and stale stuff it’s not a pleasant experience. I know this is a difficult time for restaurants and I feel horrible leaving this bad review but my wife and I are both feeling sick again and this is more of a food safety issue. I think in addition to much of the food being spoiled they must not be washing things properly because for us to get sick twice two weeks in a row is not a good sign. We don’t want anyone else to experience what we have. Getting sick twice from a restaurant is enough to make us not want to give it a third try hence the title of this post but I do hope they can get their act together because they have a great concept and with proper management and employees that care it could be a great place again...someday.

I have never left a bad review in my life, or really any review for that matter, but I have to be a Karen today and let it be known that this place has the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever been to. Between a mixed up order and a refund, one employee in particular couldn't have been more rude about the entire situation. When I called to let her know that I had finally got my refund she sarcastically said "oh did ya, well that's just great," and hung up on me. LOL. There is a lot of competition out there in the service industry, having employees with horrible customer service is not how you keep people coming back.

A must go if your looking for a quick healthy meal. Fair priced and delicious, this place somehow makes kale taste good!

Great healthy bowls. This is our go-to when we're sick of cooking but still want to eat well. Very vegetarian and gluten friendly if that's important to you, but also has delicious meat and fish.

Amazing quality produce and locally owned. A great addition to Fort Collins.

Worse than finding aphids (live and dead) riddled throughout my Kale was the abhorrent customer experience received from Ian. I was told he didn't have time to hear or address my concerns both on the phone and in person when I returned. They had handled 3 orders within the 1.5 hours that this occurred.
