Wait times are wayyyy too long, also when they are done loading it takes the yard jockeys another 3 hours just to come around and take the glade hand lock off of trailer.

This place is trash trash trash trash, worst of the worst garbage trash garbage. First time here and my last time. This place have no respect for truck drivers, they’ll hold you hostage for hours. Your appt doesn’t matter, I don’t understand why truck driver keep going to the place like this, company driver, owner operator, let’s unite to boycott place like this, without a truck driver they won’t be able to stay in business we the one moving their products.

I’m dropping off empty kegs, got here at 7:56am I was 3rd truck checked in! They apparently open at 8am. I’m still here waiting 6 + hrs later for empty kegs! Do not come here if at all possible. They try and say they don’t pay detention so they can keep trucks here for hours!!! Not kool and not going to work. Detention is paid in the industry to keep shippers and receivers from stopping the normal flow of trucks! Terrible reviews and here’s another one! Detention will be paid or they will keep doing this to carriers!

We had a 3 PM appointment, but we checked in around 11 AM. They gave us a door right away and started loading about an hour later. The loading was completed by 2 PM. During check-in, they weigh you on the scale and load according to that, as far as I understand. Before checking out, you can verify your total weight on the scale. They loaded us at 79,020 lbs. It’s a delivery to Oregon. We were satisfied with the process, but there are others who have to wait a long time.”good luck

I'll be honest this place really is not bad at all! The reviews had me scared, but I was in and out in an hour and a half! 💯 Also, Morgan the yard dog was amazing!!! He came to take off the gladhand lock, and I asked him if he could help show me how to strap up the brace for the pallets and he climbed up in the trailer and gladly assisted me with a smile & kindness in his voice! This guy really made my whole visit here and deserves all the praise and a raise with it 👌🏻❤️😎

Was there to pick up a load was told to come back at 2pm when appointment was at 1pm. They have turned 60 trucks away and told them to come back at 2pm

The staff were friendly, however, spending five hours waiting for a door iust to be told the yard dog is going to place the trailer in the door and allow me to take an empty earns this location one star. Plenty of space to back.
