There are moments in life when your palate is transformed forever, and for me, that moment came in the form of loaded nachos from Antojitos del Sureste, unassumingly served at New Belgium Brewery. This wasn’t just a dish; it was a culinary journey. Each chip seemed to be a golden raft, laden with a perfect balance of flavors. The cheese was a molten treasure, rich and gooey, cascading over the crispy chips. The meat, tender and seasoned to perfection, offered a savory punch, while the fresh salsa and creamy guacamole added layers of vibrant, zesty flavors. The jalapeños, subtly introduced, were like little bursts of heat that cut through the richness, providing a fiery contrast that left you craving more. And let’s not forget the beans - they were far from mere fillers. Cooked to a tender perfection, they were the unsung heroes that brought everything together. As I sat there, savoring each bite amidst the lively buzz of the brewery, I realized that this was more than just nachos. This was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors playing harmoniously together, creating an unforgettable experience.Sorry, Fat Tomato’s, your reign was commendable, but Antojitos del Sureste now owns the crown. These are, without a shadow of a doubt, the best loaded nachos I’ve ever had. They’re not just food; they’re a reminder of how simple ingredients, when combined with passion and skill, can transcend into something truly extraordinary.

Absolutely wonderful fish tacos. I grew up on the coast eating fish tacos, and these things are dynamite. You will not regret getting them. They have 3 trucks all around so find the one closest to you and enjoy!Their carne asada torta is the bomb too. Second to none.

Absolutely the best burrito I have ever had maybe? And I lived in Texas for 25 years. I cannot believe a food truck like this is in this city. None of the Mexican places I have been to in town is even close to as good.

One of the top 3 Mexican cuisine food trucks in FoCo. Everything is really good and authentic but my favorite item is the veggie smothered burrito. The smother sauce is great! Location Correction ….the food truck is located on the west side of Taft Hill (not the east) in the Restore parking lot.

The carnitas burrito might be the best burrito I’ve ever eaten
The food is absolutely wonderful. Great street tacos, flautas, and quesadillas. We tried almost every taco, all were quite good. The service is excellent.I believe their hours are from 2-7 pm. They are normally located in the Habitat Restore lot and at New Belgium once a week.

Taco truck in the parking lot of Habitat for Humanity, usually open every day 2:00-7:00 (inc Sunday). Great tacos al pastor, tortas, burritos and quesadillas. I often grab something when I’m driving by and its always tasty.
