Ordered a to go order. They seal everything so we have to trust them. WELL DONT. We ordered multiple sauces. They didn’t include a single one! So I called to just say “hey these need to be included when ordered for pickup”. The young man who answered hung up on me THREE TIMES! I never cussed. Was never rude. He just hung up and the last time he said “you are complaining about sauces” before he hung up. I wasn’t looking for “free” stuff I just wanted them to know.

Terrible! Just got our of surgery and wasn't allowed to eat for 24hrs. Directly after being released from the hospital I was starving. Checked into the hotel across the street and walked to Arby's. Hadn't eaten at Arby's in years. The fries had to be tossed, couldn't eat them, overcooked and dry! Mozzarella sticks were good but they never gave me marinara sauce! Arby's roast beef and cheese was about 1" think and looked like it had been sat on and was cold. Tried the brisket sandwich and it looked amazing! Lioked like I got the remains od the grill scrapings right before closing the kitchen! Meat was crunchy and not moist, also served cold and looked like it was sat on. Neve eating at Arby's again

You guys need to do better. The drinks and the fries here are horrible. Taste like old oil and flat crappy tasting soda. As long as I waited I thought they were making fresh fries. Nope. Hard and nasty and feel like I got ripped off. If I came in a stole money right out of your pocket how would you feel. That’s how I feel.

Steak nuggets were good. A 9 piece was $10, though. They also have a 5 piece.

Provided no napkins or ketchup. Fries were old and cold. When asked for ketchup and marinara sauce was only provided marina sauce.
The bbq brisket was to die for. It restored my faith in this particular arbys.
My expectations are pretty low these days but this crew is just consistenty better than anything else in the Windsor area.
Really Slow. Complete lack of urgency.
