I seriously cannot believe how Jennifer treated me and my family. I never do these reviews becuase I think they are alittle petty but shout out to the location on college. You guys take the win for worst service ever witnessed. We legit have video recording of the manager and Jennifer both freaking out becuase we order twice? Not even twice but once with separate orders. They weren't even big pretty small but they were swinging there arms,cussing, exhaling deep breaths during every word in the convo. They legit hated talking to us but damn Jennifer. Screw you for being that way, its been almost 7 months since we've hit up arbys but never again. You guys absolutely suck.

I was just about to finish my meal, the person I'm guessing was the night manager came over and kicked me out promptly at 10...wouldn't even let me finish eating. I wasn't loitering, I was eating. Really?? I get it they want to clean up but to kick someone out that's almost done is horrible customer service. Bigger, young person with black painted nails.

Several people got their food before me while ordering after me. Took 8 minutes just to get a classic roast beef and cheese, not even fries in the mix. Several people working and yet very inefficient

Fryer fat needs to be changed and a few more fries in the serving would be greatly appreciated. It seems take-out fries servings are always a bit "short". ☹️
I ordered by the app and when I went to pick up my food they made me wait 45 minutes, I paid 50 dollars for my food. The manager is a rude, racist woman. After picking up my food I was missing 9 pieces of nuggets and she said I steal them because she did put them in the bag. the worst day I had at Arby's.

Tonight I had the best experience at Arby’s, I’m a regular customer but today the food was amazing, was fresh and warm. The drive through girl was very friendly, great customer service I really appreciate that.

I like the French dip even though it's a fairly meager portion, sometimes I've seen super helpful competent staff there, there were a couple times however there was an awful employee terrifying customers and staff alike
