I had my food delivered. Big mistake to order from this location. Safety seal was destroyed, fries looked like they were from the bottom of the fries from the night before. Only got 1 of my 3 drinks even though it's on my order receipt. DO NOT blame the Door dash driver driver for this locations lack of competent staff and management. I am a manager at at food place and my staff knows to make sure the driver shows their order to make sure they have it all as well as the right order. Management here should be ashamed.

A coupleof month's ago i didn't really have much to say, now ive come in a few times since and wow. The guy at the window named Ben, what a great person, it makes me want to keep on coming here . Great attitude and it goes a long way. Thank you Ben!!

This location is a joke. I ordered two sliders and sat at the window for 15 minutes. No one ever came to take my payment, so I left. I was told the machine was down whenever I tried to order a shake. I remarked that the machine always seems to be out of order. The person at the drive-thru just wanted to argue about it. As I drove away, three people were standing at the window, glaring at us. I know this review will get an automated response. If you look at other reviews, it’s the same reply. I believe this is a franchise; the owner of this location should be ashamed and embarrassed by the service provided here. The customer service experience at this location is awful. The customer is treated as unimportant. I am surprised this establishment has not gone out of business.

There was nobody in the drive-through and nobody outside or in the store other than employees I got a mobile order to go, went through the drive-through never have had an issue with them, simply handing me my stuff through the drive-through for some reason this location would not even though it was literally within an arm reach away from the young lady at the drive-through window. She made me drive around and come inside to pick up my order, if they were slammed or had other customers, I would’ve understood, but that was some lazy shit to tell me that I have to come inside. When my order is an arm reach away from you at the drive-through window that is not closed or disabled.

Went in with a friend. Got chicken tenders that tasted like they'd been cooked in old oil. I noticed that the table where fryer baskets are kept looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

It's been awhile since I tried Arby's again after some initial disappointment when we first moved back to Co a year ago. I have tried this Arby's again twice in the last month and I'm happy to report they have seemingly mended their ways, the workers have been nice and the food has been well prepared and fresh. You may have to park for a few minutes during slow times but both times the order came out hot and correct.
I will be visiting this location more often.

Got the wrong order in the drive thru. Minor inconvenience, no big deal. Brought it back in and swapped for right order in 2 mins and they refunded my order. Good service and friendly staff.

The only time I can order from there and not have much issue, is when it's a side item. They've screwed up my orders for the last 4 visits. The Gyro especially. I requested no onions twice with the person on the drive thru and still ended up with onion. And not only that, the food was rolled up half-### like a burrito [It's not a burrito]. And had enough roast beef to make it nearly impossible to bite into without having only bread and roast beef. The people are alright. But anything that needs more effort then taking it out of a frozen bag and shoving it into an oven will almost always have something wrong with it. Thanks for the Mozerella sticks, they're one of the only reasons I'll go there.
I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for a good 15 to 20 minutes. When my order was finally taken I got to pay window where I was told to go around to front of store so they could make my order “fresh” and because the order was so “big”. We had two meals and two sides not exactly what I would call “big”. After waiting another 10 minutes in the front of the store I was finally given my order. This was now 30 minutes after arriving to store. There was one car in front of me. When I got the food home none of the sauce we asked for was in the bag. Which was asked for at least three times at the speaker and window. In addition my fries were cold and certainly not “fresh” like I was told at pay window. And one of the sandwiches was so sloppily made it ruined the box it was in and made a mess in the bag. Also my drive home was maybe 5 minutes so food should not have been cooled off that much by then. This is frustrating because the store had no problem taking my money but then gave a 1 star service of a 1 star product. When I called the store to ask where I could complain I was given zero help. And it seemed as though they weren’t that worried about the poor service. I was told “well sir sorry I can’t control the time.” We have been to this location on north college ave in Fort Collins, CO many times and have received similar service most all the time we’ve gone. I would like my $37.58 back and I will not be going back to this store. 10/10 worst fast food restaurant I’ve been too in a very long time.

Drove around to leave after getting tired of waiting, but did not expect to see that there was nobody in front of me and barely anyone dining in.
