I got the Carne Asada Torta togo with the Curry Chips. The food was very over priced for the portion and taste. The food was good, the ingredients seemed really fresh but lacked depth in flavor.

I went here with my friend in between classes. Our food was good and the chef came up and gave us free dessert! Chips were dusted in a tasty curry salt. The place has just reopened so they’re still figuring out the best way to wait on guests, but our waiters were very sweet. A few menu mishaps (some things were not labeled GF correctly), but our waiters asked the chef for clarification. Drinks were yummy.

Holy smokes the food is great! The homemade potato chips are the best there is. Still crispy and tasty the next day. The torta and panini make for a perfect lunch.

Quiet, relaxed atmosphere, wonderful service, and great food at a very reasonable price. We loved it!
I'm a big fan of the Aspen Grille, a CSU student-run restaurant located in the Lory Student Center (room 388). This restaurant is a learning lab for the hospitality management students. They learn everything how to manage a restaurant from food prep, cooking, and serving - so cool! Pictured here is the salmon poke bowl. It was delicious!
A hidden gem at CSU! Aspen Grille provides tasty, nicely prepared food and great service. And the prices are a deal, considering the quality of what you get! Highly recommended!
Food was fresh and delicious, with well-sized portions. Service was wonderful -- a really great value and experience!
Excellent service, food, ambience! Come to CSU Campus and try the restaurant run by students!

So happy that the Aspen Grille is open in-person! I love supporting students in this program and the food is fabulous.
This is a cool place to meet a friend on campus for a bite to eat. The menu is pretty small, the staff don't necessarily strike me as having experiences as a host/wait staff. Which is totally okay because its a group of students and this is their class which I think is awesome. 2 types of wine, 2 types of beer. Selection is minimal but great prices! Ill probably go back and hope for slightly better!
The website did not clearly state how the food is paid for, as well as no clear menu to know what you could order the day of your reservation. But the food was very good although it was kind of cold.
A great experience at Aspen Grille at CSU. Students were very friendly, food was good and a great value. We were on campus visiting our student but don't hesitate to dine there as a local choice!
