Please put a sign up mentioning business hours in plain sight during the winter marker, or give your customers more respect when you're yelling at them from across the kitchen in a loud space thank you.

Lazy impatient employee didn't even want to take our order so we left. Kiddo couldn't make their mind up in 15 seconds so the dude walked to the back and never came back to the register after we were obviously ready.

Ordered a bucket of pretzels and a lemonade and they were delicious!! They were freshly made and the perfect combo of sweet and salty. The employees are young, but they did amazing! Wish I asked for their names because they were so sweet and polite. Also spoke spanish, which is always a plus.

I like to order a lot from this establishment as it is always fresh and Very delicious, they also speak English and Spanish and I feel that this is good for people who don't speak the language very well.

Says they open at 11am. Got there at 11am with no food in the case, and they said they weren't open till noon. After showing up at noon they still weren't open even though they had food in the case. Finally at 1230 they opened but the employees were very rude.

We were at the mall for a car show and we were gonna get pretzels before the show and then weren’t open yet and it was 11:30 and we got told 12 but then when we went back at noon they still said they aren’t open and they open at 11, we unfortunately left because the customer service was terrible and the employees were rude

Food items are stale and nasty. Employee was rude and unprofessional. Employees use no food safety precautions when handling the food and money. Would not return here or recommend!

The guy was rude when I asked for a certain drink then the pretzel was hard and tasted old then they gave me expired cheese and now I don't feel good at all.

Door dashed auntie Anne’s and very disappointed. Pretzel nuggets were very dry, no butter on them at all. Ordered frozen lemonade mixers and received regular lemonades over ice… so frustrating.

This place is nasty.. employees are unsanitary and honestly rude. I love auntie Ann’s pretzels but this location is disgusting whoever owns this place needs to look into a new payroll.

Asked for a fresh pretzel and they refused. I walked by this place and pretzels were out at 10:15. Would not make a fresh one at 11:00. Pretzels were out of shape and looked old.

This is the worst experience ever. They did not have actual pretzels at 6:30 they told me they were put of all pretzels and they were making more to come back in 15 min. I came back in 15 min and was told all they have is pretzel nuggets because they were closing at 8 pm???? How does a pretzel place runs out of them...dude, all you make are pretzels. Asked for the manager and was told not here today...by the reviews, he is never in. I am going to complain to corporate
