Auntie Anne's

Says they open at 11am. Got there at 11am with no food in the case, and they said they weren't open till noon. After showing up at noon they still weren't open even though they had food in the case. Finally at 1230 they opened but the employees were very rude.

We were at the mall for a car show and we were gonna get pretzels before the show and then weren’t open yet and it was 11:30 and we got told 12 but then when we went back at noon they still said they aren’t open and they open at 11, we unfortunately left because the customer service was terrible and the employees were rude

Food items are stale and nasty. Employee was rude and unprofessional. Employees use no food safety precautions when handling the food and money. Would not return here or recommend!

The guy was rude when I asked for a certain drink then the pretzel was hard and tasted old then they gave me expired cheese and now I don't feel good at all.

Door dashed auntie Anne’s and very disappointed. Pretzel nuggets were very dry, no butter on them at all. Ordered frozen lemonade mixers and received regular lemonades over ice… so frustrating.

This place is nasty.. employees are unsanitary and honestly rude. I love auntie Ann’s pretzels but this location is disgusting whoever owns this place needs to look into a new payroll.

Asked for a fresh pretzel and they refused. I walked by this place and pretzels were out at 10:15. Would not make a fresh one at 11:00. Pretzels were out of shape and looked old.

This is the worst experience ever. They did not have actual pretzels at 6:30 they told me they were put of all pretzels and they were making more to come back in 15 min. I came back in 15 min and was told all they have is pretzel nuggets because they were closing at 8 pm???? How does a pretzel place runs out of them...dude, all you make are pretzels. Asked for the manager and was told not here today...by the reviews, he is never in. I am going to complain to corporate

Said they had run out of items, fine, but come back in 15 mins. Did, were told they weren’t taking orders for another thirty minutes. Disorganized and unpleasant.

dumbest human being I've encountered in my life. mentally deficient mumbling children working here. so dumb. This young girl belongs in an institution for mentally challenged people. no wonder Colorado is last in mental health, psychotically depressing. makes you lose faith in humanity. the parents, my god. Doesn't even know second grade level math. My seven year old is smarter than the brainless child serving this garbage fried non/organic dough. She refused to give us change, she said we don't have enough change it was over a matter of $.37. And instead of comping my seven-year-old $.63, she refused to give change. And that's on a seven dollar pretzel. she was trying to pocket an extra $.63 she was too dumb to come up with a Intelligent solution. Jesus Christ. go away. stop poisoning people, like there isn't enough fat people in fort collins.

Workers are out of senses man very rude and just stare you down

I love pretzels and if you don't I hope you die a slow and painful death and that your screams never end

Went in on a late Sunday and had a nice experience. There was plenty of food and the lady working there was sweet and very nice. At the end of the day, it's an Auntie Anne's and 9 times out of 10 you'll have a standard and easy experience.

This business is going DOWNHILL. The frozen lemonade machine has been broken on and off for at least a year, then the store owner makes it the employees responsibility to fix it? This location is constantly out of certain things and the employees have no say in what the store needs. The store owner never seems to be around considering there are always younger folks running this business. The younger staff is very friendly and on top of the display being stocked. I'd like to also point out that the staff running this business gets a small share of the credit card tips, where the large sum of the tips go to the store owner whos never there. When they're the ones running this whole business.

This store and store owner is a joke.

The staff is very underappreciated.
