I'm giving them three stars only because the employees have been really nice to me when I go, but this place needs some serious work. They're always out of items and some (not all) of the staff definitely look like they could care less. It's really a shame since I love soft pretzels so much but going here is a hit or miss

The smell of warm butter emanates the hallway. It's Pretzels. I ordered on the mobile app, it was a bit buggy with not quite knowing which store I was at but I figured it out. Order was pretty much ready when I showed up. Staff was courteous and informed me they were out of a flavor I ordered. I picked an alternative and it was made fresh right away. There was a line for the place and it shows being nice on the customer side will help make everyone's day better.
