Went in on a late Sunday and had a nice experience. There was plenty of food and the lady working there was sweet and very nice. At the end of the day, it's an Auntie Anne's and 9 times out of 10 you'll have a standard and easy experience.

This place can be hit or miss but tonight Julie helped us out and was absolutely incredible. Her customer service was on point and definitely went out of her way to make our day! Will definitely come back because of

I'm giving them three stars only because the employees have been really nice to me when I go, but this place needs some serious work. They're always out of items and some (not all) of the staff definitely look like they could care less. It's really a shame since I love soft pretzels so much but going here is a hit or miss
