Great food, as always. Would love to see the menu expanded and refreshed a bit after all these years (although I'm a big fan of the quinoa and Brussels sprouts salad!), but we can always count on a consistent and tasty meal. Lane, our server, was fantastic and attentive, and we enjoyed our time at Austin's last night.
Dani was attentive while not overdoing. Bartender “nailed” my cocktail and dinner was delightful
Wonderful menu and staff at Austin's. We also love their daily specials and have never had anything disappoint us on their menu. Great local favorite place to eat!
I host a meetup group at Austin's every other Tuesday and it's always wonderful. I can't remember our waitresses name but she was great...(it was an unusual name and she had 2 braids with bling). Austin's is a favorite along with your sister Moot House. Cindy
The ole fashioneds, cornbread, dips, mojitos, and various meats were great! The service was also fantastic!
They have such an amazing array of food. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very friendly.
Bison Meatloaf was Amazing - Iron Skillet Cornbread is one of the Best Starters I've ever had! Great Service!
Very well run spot overall, first time was perfect, staff is attentive and pleasant, second time again same very good experience thought burgers got mixed up and a medium+ and medium rare was served to the wrong people...certainly not the end of the world, but unexpected for the caliber of this restaurant. Would visit again
Ate out on the patio. Great everything!!
Food was great, waitress was friendly.

Usually pretty good. Bartender was attentive.
Consistently good. Our Fort Collins "Go To" choice when guests ask to take us out as a Thank You. Friendly staff, interesting menu with "just enough" choices, always prepared sell. A first rate experience once again.
Took my girlfriend here because this place used to be good like 5 years ago. Was a huge let down, to such an extent that now, after we have a shitty meal it’s tradition to say: “Well at least it’s not Austin’s!”
We ordered the crab avocado (too plain, too fatty, just mushy as hell), a salad with chicken, honey glazed pecans and two greasy wads of “cornbread”. The lettuce was just like the cheap mixed bags you can get at walmart, not even dark leafy sexy greens. Then we got some kind of abysmal haystack sandwich with chicken - looks nothing like the picture on the website. It was also a pretty bland situation and i kept picking out bits of gristle. The chicken pieces themselves were dry and dark, like they’d been left out all day. Truly the only thing we got that wasn’t really offensive to eat was the french fries.
Our waiter also seemed like he was upset to be there - trying half heartedly to be friendly but it was obviously fake and he hurried away as soon as he could.
Huge let down. Oh they were also out of french dips lol like how? Paying for that whole experience felt like a robbery and i won’t return again.
I tried the Bison meatloaf. Good flavor, but burnt on the edges. I really like the baby Bleu salad though!
We had just arrived in town and were looking for some place close to the hotel to grab dinner. After some checking I found this place so off we went. The place was a bit crowded but we were seated right away. After glancing at the menu, I decided on the haystack chicken sandwich. My food was cooked well and the nice thing was that the chicken wasn't dried out and that is always a plus. Everyone in the group enjoyed what they ordered so we had a wonderful experience at this restaurant.
