Manager less than apologetic after waiting over 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge our Table. Ella., Even thou our table was not in her area. Noticed us, took our order and served us the rest of the evening

Service was great but I ordered medium rare ribeye and got a blackened strip steak that was over done and chewy. I'll keep going because the rotisserie sirloin and prime rib are great. I do think they should provide a free salad and rolls for the price.

Disappointing Experience I wasn't impressed overall. The service was mediocre, and while the entrees were decent, they arrived warm rather than hot—which took away from the experience. On top of that, the restaurant itself was uncomfortably warm, making the visit even less enjoyable. I expected better.
