So delicious!!! Very quick and friendly service and you get plenty of food at a great price. Tried the Cubano and Arroz con pollo and both were very good. They have a nice little seating area inside as well.

Where do I even start. Being from Miami and growing up on Cuban food this was a delight to find. The food is so savory and delicious. The flavors are incredible and I can close my eyes and remember the little Cuban shop I would go to in Miami that was perfect. Everything you could want and need if you’ve been stuck out here as long as I have without Cuban food. Got full quick because of the quality they use. I will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone missing out on some cuban food! They are now offering Dine in options as well! The buttered bread is inane. Bread made here I. House and the guava jelly is insane.

Truly hidden and truly a gem of Fort Collins. I didn't know it existed or where "Oak Street Mall" was and I've lived in Fort Collins for 4 years. Easy to find once you know where to look. Well worth it. My new favorite in Fort Collins. The weekend specials (Friday and Saturday) are worth seeking out. The cubano and the pastries are superlative.

Always great food, fresh. Tried breakfast burritos again, yep, still into the chorizo one. Delish! The red salsa is where it's at w the chorizo, really good flavor. Bacon burrito is good, just not as ?. I usually get the breakfast cups, but that's only on the weekends. Wow those are little pieces of heaven.

Everything I've had from Babalu's is absolutely fantastic. Cubano or Media Noche sandwiches, arroz con pollo, empanadas, breakfast burritos, pastelitos (pastries), and coffees. Everything is amazing and the owners reflect that with their kindness and amazing customer service. This hidden gem is located inside the Oak Street Plaza, but once you find it, you will want to come back daily.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are just as good as the meat options. The veggies really make the empanadas and burritos, so the veggie options are fantastic. I don't believe there are vegan options, however.Wheelchair accessibility: Babalu's is located on the first floor

Wanted to try this place since seeing on the News! Closed, web says open. Met someone who works nearby, said " she has tried several times and always closed. " Hope his wife gets well, ?.

Breakfast review time! I've loved this little spot since I first tried their Media Noche, and finally made it in for some to-go breakfast burritos. Their hours are spotty due to a health issue in the family (our thoughts are with Rosa!), but when they're open, boy do they deliver the goods!I love me a chorizo breakfast burrito and after trying plenty around town, I stopped in here before work to try theirs out. I was greeted immediately by the owner and placed my order. In just a few minutes, I was handed these beautifully wrapped burritos. Full of flavor with perfectly cooked potatoes, wonderfully set scrambled eggs and tender chorizo, and their medium salsa still has quite a kick to it! Multiple bonuses - they're "Becki-sized" (I find it hard to finish a whole burrito in one sitting, and I was still barely able to finish this one) and the price is ridiculously low! I'll be stocking up for some staff meetings in the future to support, and to share the goodness that is Babalu's!
