Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

Love the decor and seating. The overall vibe is nice. Staff are friendly enough. Only problem, that burger was just salt. 😂 So much salt I couldn't taste the meat. It may have just been that burger (smash'n stack) it has bacon and the house sauce which might add salt content, but if that's the measure by which to judge the rest of the menue, oof. Way too much salt. The sweet potato fries were great and I got some of the house sauce on the side as well, it was good. Just gotta dial back the salt. I like to taste my food.

I visited Bad Daddy Burgers this afternoon (August 23rd) and had an exceptional experience thanks to Michael, the bartender. As a diabetic, I mentioned I needed something to eat quickly, and he was incredibly attentive and understanding. He also made my wife, who only speaks Portuguese, feel completely at ease by helping her navigate the menu. Michael’s professionalism and warmth really stood out, and we’re grateful and impressed. He truly made our visit memorable!

My girlfriend and I found this place a year ago traveling down to Fort Collins. Never leave a review but this place is worth a stop for great food and great customer service.

The barria burger is HANDS DOWN the best burger I've ever had. I was beyond impressed and I hope they keep it around even though I know its limited time only.

Also, the gentleman with the tattoos that runs the bar during the weekdays always provides awesome service.

My only complaint is that its a pretty loud environment, but I can see it's the vibe they're going for.

I’ve always loved to eat here and I was very impressed with some of the new staff and how well they were able to handle a stressful situation. Our server Trevor was very kind to us and McKayla was very attentive and helpful while we waited for our food. I heavily recommend trying the “Sam I Am” burger as it never disappoints.

We waited over an hour for 2 burgers and had to return 1 of them because the patty was burnt (both burgers were suppose to be medium rare and were both overcooked just 1 was edible). It was for a gluten allergy which we were told because they had to clean the grill, this backed up the kitchen. The manager offered to recook the burger “fast” but we declined as to not inconvenience the other families equally waiting a long time for their meals. They didn’t charge us for the burnt burger, offered us coupons and really did try to make things right. Unfortunately waiting longer than we already had and returning to their establishment weren’t enough to fix our experience.
Please do not cater to Gluten allergy folks if this impacts your operations so greatly. As much as it’s appreciated, it’s not worth impacting multiple customers experiences.

Bad Daddy's is a great build your own burger bar. Just fill out the sheet and get a really good meal. I love the salmon burger option! Big drink & beer menu also. A go to place for us!
