Spoons were only provided when asked for. Four flavors not on table or provided when food was served. Food was sweet but not bad.
I got the mango curry, it was ok. The coconut rice is always a must! It is delicious and the favorite part of my meal today. I normally get the yellow or green curry, and I enjoy those. I was trying something new.
Probably the worst experience in my life. Horribly unprofessional and rude wait staff. Waited 45 minutes(only 3 other tables occupied) for my order and when I asked why so long the waitress glared at me and walked away. Watching the dirty looking cooks make the food it looked like they were more concerned with talking to each other than cooking food. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Zero stars if I could.
Bann Thai is always delicious! We love everything we order. The service is fast and friendly. This is my favorite Thai restaurant.
Clean nice Thai but lacks authenticity
Food is AMAZING, timely and they cater to vegans also!
Really excellent place. Brought my family in here with young kids and they were very accommodating and fun! Great food as well.
Craved Thai and discovered this lovely place while shopping and opted carryout lunch for the fam. Good find! Ready in ~ 10-minutes and flavorful. Friendly service! Nice atmosphere. Plenty of free parking.
Ordered shrimp pad prik king (right amount of spice, lots of shrimp), tofu green curry (very good) & veggie pad Thai.
MANY Vegetarian option!

Long wait, forgot about my order and never attended or spoke to me. Patiently waited for an hour and 20 minutes before I said something and got a refund. Do not recommend.

The food was terrible, the person who took my order was rude and seemed inconvenienced by having to take my order. The prices are pretty high, especially if you consider the portion size (small) and quality of food.
Overall, terrible experience which is sad considering it was a simple order for 1 person...maybe that was my problem 🤷♂️

This was our first time. Lauren greeted us as we were walking in and seated us in a good location away from the cold draft. Her suggestion on spice level was on the spot so was her suggestion of the dishes I was debating between. Food came out pretty fast. We had walked in 50ish minutes closing and we were done eating 10 minutes before closing.
My only gripe is that as large as the clean restrooms are, there isn't a diaper change station in the rest room. This might not work for parents with infants/toddlers in diapers. They have them in much smaller bathrooms in other places. Please add the changing station to the restrooms
Kid-friendliness: Does not have a changing table in the restroom. Hard for parents with children in diapers to change them without having a large enough surface to lay them on to change them.

This place used to be my go to place, today I went for take out and they forgot to give me my coconut rice but sure charged me for it. I asked for my curry mild and chili flakes on the side because I wanted to share with my baby but nope, they gave it to me spicy and no chili flakes on the side. So I couldn't give any to my baby.

Got the Pad Thai, nothing special and the sauce had a real weird consistency
