Bann Thai

On Wednesday, February 11, I came in at 6:20 PM and waited to be seated. The waitress upfront had a 10 minute conversation with some people and kept glancing over, but ignoring me. I walked to the back to inquire about being seated, and the other waitress on duty told me to go back to the front of the store and wait. The second waitress was even more rude than the first one. I won’t be giving my business to this establishment in the future

Food was alright but service sucked. They would leave everyone hanging at the entrance and proceed to walk around and check on anyone that is in a chair but if your standing up, screw you I guess. They had multiple people standing waiting on them for around 30 minutes.
Had to walk up to them and say something just to get some service.
And the restaurant wasn't even half full either.

Nam Tok Salad and Black Sticky Rice with Thai Custard were phenomenal!

We ordered 1 Thai tea, 1Ginger Honey tea, an order of angel wings, and tom yum koong hot pot. The Thai tea is from a box and taste like it has sweet cream from a can. The angel wings are fried good but the sauce is from a bottle and taste like corn syrup. The tom yum koong lacks in all aspects from flavor to color and texture. We were going to order a green curry but the staff seemed uninterested in attending us and we ended up asking for a check. Ginger tea was good.

Second time having foreign material in my food. Unless you want to risk hurting yourself, children, and family STEER CLEAR. First time was broken plastic pieces from the to go containers tonight was a STEEL SHARD. Thank god I felt something sharp scrape across my teeth and pulled it out of the back of my mouth. So terrifying and completely negligent on their part. My young children were eating this food. When I called they knew exactly what the items were and what caused it both times. They have to implement higher standards. How can they be so careless. The food is good but one hundred percent not worth the risk of dining here!

The Panang Curry is my ultimate comfort meal. The curry sauce is rich and flavorful, paired with coconut rice and tender pork, the flavor is unbeatable. Their sweet sticky rice is softly sweet, comforting, and delicious; like a memory from your childhood. If this place ever closes I’m going to cry because their food has become so near and dear to my heart.

This Thai food is soooooo good!! I love the Phad Thai and Drunken Noodles the spring rolls and the potstickers!! The food is amazing dine in and takeout

Multiple options on the menu are labeled vegan or vegan option. One of the few Thai places I’ve had that does a fully vegan pad Thai by request. The yellow curry and basil fried rice are also favorites. The servers are knowledgeable about vegan options if you have specific questions. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-27

Good food but cheap on the meat and waaayyy overpriced. I’ve been going here for over a decade and I’m done. Unfortunately, Fort Collins has a lot of very mediocre food so Bann Thai rises to the top ten percent.

Love the soups and green curry here, great people and service, awesome location, easy parking. Thipsukon is a great server.

This is one of the best Thai places I’ve been to. We’ve been several times now and have also done carry out. The food is always great. 10/10 would recommend.
