If I could give zero stars would. They had no ice cream and no toppings. I couldn’t hear them at the drive thru, and when I told them that I couldn’t hear them they got irritated. I left and spent my money at DQ. Avoid the frustration and spend your money elsewhere.

Coffee is garbage, came in and they didn't have alot of what was advertised for Baskin Robin yet charged full price, donut prices not listed, dirty lobby with a coffee spill and pile of garbage on the floor? Cashier didn't seem to know much and rushed me and then clocked out. Place is ghetto.

Ordered and paid for a cake online from this location for my daughter's birthday. I received an order confirmation email as well as an email reminding me to pick up my order the next day. Arrived at the store to pick up my order and they're closed. Signs on the door say "Closed-Sorry for the inconvenience." Left a message on the voicemail, no return call. Called corporate and they offered me a gift card for the amount I paid for something I NEVER received. Said they can't refund my original form of payment (credit card) and offered a gift card. Very disappointing and such horrible customer service.

Drover over 20 minutes tonight to come get ice cream. Arrived over 40 minutes before closing and was informed by staff member that they had already put away all the ice cream for the night. Not sure why they would be closing over 40 minutes before the listed time and refuse to serve. Disappointed and won’t be returning!

It’s great to see the employees in such a wonderful mood and having fun at work. They did a great job and made a special accommodation for an order we placed for the wrong day, they made it for us anyway. Keep having fun and spreading positive cheer!

I pulled up to the Drive through, and the lady immediately informed me that they are out of donuts for the whole day because it’s a Dunkin/Baskin mix. I said no problem I was there for the ice cream anyway. She said sounds good. I asked for a 3 scoop hot fudge Sunday. She told me they didn’t have any hot fudge ready. I said no problem just throw some Oreos on there. And she says well we don’t have any of the ice cream toppings. I’m not trying to be a Karen but it’s literally a donut/ice cream shop mix and they didn’t have ANY donuts or ice cream toppings. How is that even good business? If somebody could answer that question I would be grateful.

Under staffed, under trained, and under paid. Out of three cars they messed up all our orders, double charged one order and were incredibly slow. I don't think staff is to blame. Available flavors weren't listed on the menu and management never addressed this. They're spread too thin. We're never going back to Baskin Robbins again. Oct 3, 2021 7pm
